The clients,  It's amazing feeling  to help others

The pay you get is  5% of what the company gets . They over worked you . If you work  at less  60hours week  you can get a decent check. The mileage you put in your vehicle does cover the pay .

Chaos and lack of communication manipulation by schedulers

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Most. The time your with you client and you do your job .but when it comes to days off they don't understand your needs of being off .Call make you feel that you need to go because no one will help the client.

Helping and caring for people in their own homes

When clients health, whether mental or physical , declines or they pass away

It’s private homecare so it’s not a company it’s direct care from me to the client

Check client ask how they are doing are they hungry or thirsty Fo they need bath and or other cares . Complete necessary tasks first then life enrichment

I male all my own decisions and work the hours and charge the pay I want.

Dealing with difficult clients or when a client dies.

It's mostly peaceful. There are some days when some clients are difficult to deal with but I push through with a prayer and a plan.

A typical day is coming to work and making sure my client is well cared for and well satisfied.

I worked overnights. My job was to hand patient her meds, get her dressed for bed and offer assurance that she could sleep peacefully and get attention at any time during the night

You work for a private care individual not a company I posted my information online seeking work I was contacted by a individual about caring for their loved ones it was an amazing experience I took care of Any and All personal care needs such as bathing dressing medication management bills calls cooking cleaning laundry errands transportation companionship I absolutely loved working for this family also my pay was above average I felt truly valued and important 

I know the seniors I care for cared for me.pacints,I learned to my time as far as priority,we do not really get to see our co workers,lots of times when we go to office it's take care of our business in and out.the clients I take care of most of them are in the last stage of life but because of that particular reason support love care,even spiritualy are so important.most enjoy able part is that I learned not to feel sorry but commpation it's a great feeling that no money can pay.

I worked for a gentleman, who's parents needed cares. No company.

Knowing the job would end. Long hours can be stressful also.

It was like a family.  You become friends with the whole family

Wake up, showers, breakfast, daily conversation,  medication administration,  lunch, back messages

I do most private care I love and enjoy what I do, working in the health care field bring me the greats joy when I can help someone else to feel better and do give a person home when they could be face with critical health news know that with my experience I can help my clients  thing and feel more positive each day regardless of the problems they are facing .

Very rewarding but clients can be very set in their ways. Always try to make clients feel important by validating their needs. Must always be alert and diligent while caring for the client; whether it be in public, on the phone or inside the residence.
