Amazing leadership. The company has grown very quickly but not compromised it’s mission and commitment to patients and employees. Owner is always providing staff with opportunities to grow and steps up to help. Docs are excellent collaborators. This company goes far beyond the normal benefits package in so many ways. Always moving forward. knows its mission and sticks to it. They are replacing hospital-based models in long term care rapidly. Delivers on what they say they will offer.   The owners bought our kids’ school supplies this year. That says it all about who this group is. 

only a few years old but has grown very fast. Management is all ppl that was promoted. Great to staff. They’ve helped staff get cars, go to school, and pitched in when people have personal problems to help. Boss is young and super fast paced. He tells you exactly what he wants and is very direct. He cares a lot about us and the patients.  company has the best reputation in long term care that I’ve ever heard. Doctors and nurse practitioners are so nice. Lots of room to move up and learn. HIGH expectations.

Flexible schedule, supportive team of scribes, NPs, and MDs.

Providing care for patients that can't always communicate their needs clearly.

The work is that of a supportive team, working together to solve the issues. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Arrive at the facility between 7-8 (flexible start time) and finish around 1 (flexible, as well).

I didn’t find anything stressful 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Laid back, very educational and supportive 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Going to each nurses stations and collecting acute needs along with labs, orders and medication requests. Scheduling and completing notes with templates.

They used to listen and care - there was a time when things were good - then the CEO left and the Doctors took over.  It seems like everyone in the office is overworked and hate their jobs. The NP's do not get help and are not given any support.  They said they were keeping the scribes and everyone would still have a job and that makes me laugh.  Please find somewhere else with a better culture.  It sucks here. 

Not sure since I was never given a far chance at the position I was hired in to do. Very disappointed with the way it all turned out. Co worker was too worried that her job was being taken from her therefore I was given the least amount of training possible.

They will burn you out until you don't have any hope of continuing. Their business model is just unsustainable. Providers handle 40-50+ visits daily. Look me in the eyes and tell me that you can deliver excellent quality care while seeing 40+ people at 2-3 facilities daily. It's impossible. They had 6 providers quit recently. Is this where you want to work? 

Very demanding job. Does not care about employees. Do not recommend.   Refuses to give lunch breaks.  They do not care about the well being of employees. They bully people.  Job is not hard. 

Not the same, internal changes caused the company culture to go downhill...you use to feel like a human being and that the company cared for you as a person, it no longer feels this way...you are just a warm body in a chair.

If you are wanting to work somewhere the they do not communicate with you and post your position behind your back without notifying you this is the place!
