if you're okay with figuring things out on your own, then apply! But I would not recommend. No training, no communication from admin/management to underlying clinic. The patient to staff ratio was not it, and could lead to Mal-practice, or not correct treatment. The lack of organization and communication that the admin and higher ups have is actually insane. There would be one or two people that states a certain thing is fine, and then you would have one other person that tells you to not abide with what the other two had said. For awhile there was no management at all. The providers are wonderful, but when it comes to the higher ups, something needs to be changed. 

I was promised a few things one month, and 1-2 months later the promises were still word of mouth and them just saying that they where "working on it" Honestly the amount of things that you ACTUALLY have to do in the clinic..deserves more than the what they actually pay you. When you ask for help, there is nothing in return, but when it has to do with money you will hear something back. 

As above said, a dumpster fire..is accurately correct on most days with this company. Supplies were slim some days or weeks. As well as keep your mouth shut, dont stand up for yourself and you are on your own most of the time is unfortunately accurate most of the time as well. 

There is potential with this company, but at this time something drastically needs to change.

During my time working for Axis Healthcare in the Admin office, the work environment felt unstructured, with limited formal training available. 
Much of the learning was self-directed, which could be challenging for someone who prefers clear onboarding and guidance.

There was also a high level of oversight in certain areas, which at times felt restrictive and made it difficult to feel fully trusted in my role. 
Communication across departments could have been more professional and supportive, as it sometimes felt inconsistent.

During my time there the owners was not present in daily operations, which made it harder to get clarity or direction on certain tasks.

While working at the Admin office there was a lot of office gossip.
In terms of benefits, the health insurance options were more expensive than what I’ve seen offered at other companies.


I have been with Axis for almost a year now, and I can genuinely say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The company culture is incredibly supportive and inclusive, making each day enjoyable and fulfilling. 

The leadership team truly values employee input and fosters a collaborative environment where innovation thrives. I love the opportunities for growth and development that are available, and my colleagues are not only talented but also wonderful to work with. 

I feel appreciated and motivated to contribute my best every day. If you’re looking for a place that values its employees and encourages both personal and professional growth, Axis is the place to be!

No company is ever perfect, but this was the best job I've ever had. I was respected and heard with any concerns I had.  Management really does care about you, they were with me through some hard times I went through with my family. I never saw any selfishness or lying for them. They were upfront. If you need to make improvements, they will tell you. They do expect great customer service and people to have problem solving skills, which is reasonable. 

Promises made during hiring were not fulfilled. 
Management and the administration office offered no real support.
The workplace culture was dominated by gossip. 
Concerns about workload were ignored, and turnover was constant. 
Pay did not match the demands of the job, and the health insurance came with very high premiums and deductibles making it not affordable for me and, or my family. 
 Overall, I felt misled and unsupported. 

Horrible company to work for. It's like they are a cult, they don't like for an employee to ask certain questions. Management is a joke, they claim to be a "Christian" company but their actions speak otherwise. They do not offer any retirement. They also have you do all the Janitor work, there is not a cleaning service you are it.

I can't say more about how wonderful this job is! They care about you more than just employee it really feels like family. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and everyone is willing to help where it's needed. Honestly the best company I have worked for. Administration is so helpful and supportive. Such a wonderful place to work. 

The Bartlesville manager is one of the best people I’ve ever met. Now upper management will screw you over left and right and will not have a care in the world. Biggest advice is don’t do it, and find another place to work for higher pay. It’ll be worth the extra time to go out of your way to find a different job lol 

They had me doing books for 4 companies, processing payroll and AP weekly. On top of that had me implement a 401k, a new payroll and HRIS, inventory, and accounting programs. I was putting in 120 + hours biweekly. Just got out of the hospital and had me on the phone processing payroll in between me throwing up. Asked for help for 6 months, no support. 

Axis it’s a great company to work for! They really care about their employees and have a faith base Christian values. State of the art comprehensive healthcare facilities where management really wants to see employees strive to do their best. Always put patient care first!
