What is the best part of working at the company?
Decent pay and benefits, closes at 2pm on Fridays. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of direction from management. Spent a lot of time with nothing to do, trying to look busy. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Makes a lot of ‘we put people first’ noises. Your mileage may vary. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Routine office work: emails, meetings and phone calls. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Prosci doesn’t always use its own methodology ADKAR with clients and projects can be chaotic. Management focuses on selling, selling, selling multiple services to clients and over hires too many consultants for projects. Good at promoting certifications and creating new income streams to sell but very few hires last long term.

Prosci has a very good culture, is inclusive and welcoming to everyone, and encourages individuality. The managers and executives work with each person to learn about them, and then use that to help with career development.

Company culture. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No high stress in my position. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great work/life balance!  Company truly cares about their employees!

Loved the people I worked with in the office and traveling with. We always had a great time and work didn't feel like a job.

Was a great job but got blind sided by upper management selling our facility. No warning, one day upper management showed up and told us they sold our facility
