It used to be a complete dream, white glove customer service was encouraged, it truly felt like you were helping people, which was the most enjoyable part of the job.  You receive inbound and outbound calls and help members with questions and sign them up for the program.  Before I left it became highly impersonal and my supervisor felt like a stranger.  When we actually were able to meet for a coaching/check-in, I barely received any career development or advice from my Supervisor.  It was a demotivating environment due to this, coupled with nothing being done when I was going through extra efforts to fix errors and reporting the issues causing the errors to my Supervisor.  We know more about the job than our supervisors.  That said, the Program Specialists were amazing and incredibly helpful when dealing with difficult calls.  There was a lack of organization and communication within the Call Center.  Will never work at a startup again.  

There are growing pains, as expected for a startup, but steps are constantly being made to improve processes and employee satisfaction. Times of high stress and extra hours of work, but the pay and positive company culture are motivation to continue to want to work hard for the company and your team. Overall great, supportive work environment with ample opportunities for growth and development. Have recommended the company to many people. 

The department is full of outstanding team players who are incredibly dependable and always willing to lend a helping hand. We each take a high level of accountability for our work, and we consistently follow through to achieve results. The organization as a whole is filled with friendly and encouraging people, and I find a lot of personal satisfaction in being able to help solve problems. The company's overall mission is to help others, and the direct, positive impact our work has on people's lives is truly admirable and motivating.

Working for PrudentRx has been a genuinely positive experience since day one. It is a newer company, so there can be many process changes and kinks to work out at times. That being said, leadership works WITH the team and encourages collaboration to get the entire team's input on the best way to get things done. The company provides employees with all necessary equipment for the remote position. I can't say enough about the culture they try to promote. The dedication to the culture, the team, and vision for the company more than compensates for the occasional growing pains that come with working for a newer company. 

Working at PrudentRx is genuinely such a good experience for me. The work day has a number of aspects to cover, but training is provided and communication is clear so it's all extremely manageable. I would definitely say this is a job that consistently keeps me busy - and the team is so supportive and helpful, I feel that I am developing my skills by working here and learning from my colleagues. Management provides a lot of mentoring, and the culture is very open to questions which makes for clear communication and better problem solving. I would definitely recommend working here.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The hourly wage is decent for a work from home position. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The company is disorganized , and the leadership is horrible.  There is no room for growth within the company for existing employees.  The company hires from the outside before promoting within no matter how hard you work. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
A lot of favoritism, and jealousy . Others will become intimidated if you out shine them . 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful,  members can be disrespectful on a daily basis and management won't do anything about it.

The tasks are pretty easy, but it can get repetitive really quickly; however, the pay makes it worth it ($20 hr) it’s also a remote position. They’ve gotten a bit more strict on things so if you’re not making/taking calls back to back (14 completed cases an hour) then you’re not meeting the metric goal and you’ll get a coaching. It’s not hard to do if you’re focused and motivated to do the work, but when it gets a bit tedious, it can be difficult. If you don’t like feeling like you’re going into a hamster wheel for work don’t apply lol don’t get me wrong though, helping people get their meds at an affordable price is very fulfilling (best part about the job)

This is the best job I have ever had- hands down. Training sets you up for success by providing you the tools you need to be successful. When you begin your duties, you are constantly supported by your teammates. Management is supportive and invests in you personally and professionally.  Compensation and benefits are top of the industry.  There are plenty of challenges but you are given the tools you need to succeed. 

Primarily remote and good communication between team members and departments on calls and via email. Always something new to learn. Positions constantly getting moved and opening up provides potential for promotion quickly. Teams are very communicative and available to assist one and other on projects to ensure deadlines are met.

To start, it is always busy, but the people are generally quite fun to work with. People help each other out, and the jobs get done. As a smaller company, thing are still getting worked out, and issues still occur. They use it as a growing experience though. You rarely see the same mistake made twice. They also often care about your personal and professional growth and helping that however they can.
