Poor work/life balance. Unstructured schedule and continual addon procedures/transportation lead to inconsistent end of day. Employees were taken advantage of due to salary pay. Constantly holding quarterly bonuses and pay over our heads as golden handcuffs. Impossible to plan something during weekdays. Minimal medical policies in place as well as general company policies. No policy book available on demand. Staffing was at a bare minimal and inexperienced due to constant over turn.  Free lunches were pretty often and bonuses were decent.
Management and clinical staff had a cavernous divide. Oblivious to what actually takes place on the clinical side. If you voice your opinion it's either ignored or jeopardizes your job security.

Working at Pulse Vascular has been an exceptional experience from the very beginning. I knew right away that this was the place where I wanted to build my career and eventually retire. I feel truly valued and appreciated, and my work ethic has always been recognized and celebrated.

The opportunities for growth within the organization are remarkable, and I have never once felt discouraged about coming to work. The welcoming atmosphere creates a positive and motivating environment. I also deeply respect how our CEO and Medical Director genuinely values and cares for our patients, setting an inspiring tone for the entire team.

Pulse Vascular feels like a second family to me, and I couldn’t be happier to be part of such a dedicated and compassionate workplace.



A wonderful working environment, where our team is lead by passionate Doctors and medical providers who really care about providing our patients with  first class treatment! Here at Pulse Vascular we are committed to providing our employees with wonderful medical benefits and a great time off policy. Many engagement opportunities are also provided to all employees in appreciation for what we do. We also provide opportunities for advancement and on the job training. Pulse Vascular has been a great experience for me and  I’m grateful to be apart of this amazing establishment where we are constantly saving limbs, growing and changing our patients lives for the better!!!

Pulse is a patient focused practice that also takes great care of its employees and offers constant support, resources and room for growth within the company. They offer a very generous compensation and benefit package for all members of the team from administrative to clinical and every position in between. The owner’s dedication to providing excellence in the community and within the workplace are apparent every day and having a great team to back him up only adds to the success for everyone. Pulse strives to make a difference and has been the most rewarding place of employment I’ve ever had. 

If you are nurse, you are definitely not a hero at this place!!.  Management, the “click”, and the owner, give better treatment and opportunities to favorite and UNQUALIFIED employees over the nursing staff.  At pulse Vascular they are willing to cover nurses shifts with medical assistants.  RT’s, secretaries, housekeeping, and techs are better appreciated then RN’s.  

During emergencies, there will be little to no support from the owner.   

No COVID tests are given to patients for elective procedures, staff’s time not respected.  Cases are added on throughout the day and with no clear daily end time leaving you not being able to plan your life.  Poor work/life balance.  Bullying environment allowed.  Compensation was great, but the price is your time and difficult work.  What should be a three staff member job is left for 1 with a lot of patients being full care.

Typical work day was smooth. The company and some of the people there are amazing, very helpful and made you feel like you are valued. Others not necessarily. The biggest issue was management, they aren’t not organized at all in any way. They are not personable to their employees, they is no straight forward communication and no clear vision on what protocols are. Everything changes with who is being considered. Very messy behavior as far as professionalism. But overall, Dr Hollander and the company itself are great! 

What is the best part of working at the company?
1/2 the Xray Techs are hard workers. The other 1/2 not so much.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Manangement is in place not because of their ability but because they were there when it started.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Somewhat clicky, if you ask the wrong questions you'll know 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work hard, watch your fellow coworkers watch you working hard.
