Work place can be bad depending on how a client lives( you have clean clients, hoarding clients, clients with pets ect 
- A job like this is always a learning experience because you are learning something new everyday, when you switch client to client or even just learning your own clients needs- Rewarding side is a client who you can make smile and bring life into them again! Make them feel comfortable and confident that they  are cared for and not forgotten. Hardest part is knowing you give 1,000 percent into your job and clients and you don’t get recognized by your job when you go the extra mile and also when they talk down on clients don’t communicate professionally with them and leave them with nobody to care for them. 
 - If you are a humble person you will learn to be more humbled, learn different ways of life, learn different cultures. It helps you grow as a person and gives you better insight on life and people..

I was honestly very sad to leave the company. I always loved my clients, but the lack of communication from the company was bizarre and HR would probably have to be the worst. I left several calls and voicemails about clients because it’s first come first serve and the client I had had one to rehab so I wanted another one and they acknowledge in an email that they knew I was calling basically and frustrated and never reached out and tried to blame me, and just  terminated me for basically trying to get a job and staying on top of it and lack of their communication reaching back out and voicing how I felt guess they can’t handle but I would definitely recommend other companies!!

At first I was welcomed into this job with arms wide open. As I became one of their greatest employees they expected way more out of me with no proper equipment to do the work so I was hurt on the job and they let me go! I enjoyed working for them and they enjoyed me taking on all them hours. I also made reports to the company about one client that was being unfairly treated. Me being a mandated reported did what I had to and the company never backed me up on the accusations so it was thrown out and it was quite disappointing considering I care about all the people I work for and I want to make sure they are safe! 

The most enjoyable part of the job is meeting new clients and being able to help them with any and every need that needs to be met they are what is important. The worse part of the job is not having enough employees that know their job description and responsibility as well as their lack of experience, you need to know the importance of how to use the equipment required and knowledge of the disabilities for each client and most aids hired in this company have very little to None when hired and that is unfair to the clients . 

The owner of the business plays favorites, belittles employees in front of other employees, talks badly about employees to other employees, and constantly alters workloads at a moments notice and expects people to learn new tasks immediately. Will go MIA for days at a time then return to an office treading water and proceed to micromanage and criticize them. The actual management team is great, legitimately good people, however the owner does not allow them to do their jobs and the business suffers as a result. Skip this place!

High stress work environment with micromanaging at its best. The only feed back you get is negative feed back. Works good employers until they are stretched so thin they have a breakdown. Refuses to pay them more when working multiple jobs. But hires new office staff at the same pay. 
Owner is MIA days at a time and just comes around to tell you all the things you’re doing wrong even though office is trying to keep head above water. 
All he cares about is filling his bank account.
So If you like that kind of work place this is good place for you

Overall the staff are very nice. I wish there were more clients in my area and less job requirements. They definetly should reimburse for gas and wear and tear on your car when doing errands and Dr's appts for clients.
Also, paid holidays would be nice. If your shiftlands on a major holiday you have the choice of working or not. But if you don't, you don't get paid.

I have been working with this company for awhile now and ever since I started I really had no issues, besides the none reimbursement for miles after taking the clients to and from appointments along with their shopping.
 Definitely a con is their is no holiday pay.Working on the holidays are optional but yet if you don't work thats a
       days worth of money missed. 😔 management is great they definitely help me when I need more hours as long as you communicate with them you should have no problem

I can't think of anything! No complaints!

Each client's atmosphere is unique.  I enjoy each and every one!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Taking care of clients needs, adls.

It’s not an enjoyable job. The hardest part is that you can never get through through the office and if you do, they’re rude and disrespectful and they won’t let you speak your mind or care about your opinion. I haven’t learned anything. Management is awful so his other employees they’re rude they’re disrespectful and they don’t care about your well  being.
