From the start they promise a lot but when you get to it you don't make much money. Below average for sure. Other coworkers there are nice but it's a job you don't really care about. When I was there they tried to do culture but at the end of the day its just a lot of drinking on certain Fridays and barbecues.

The upper management has way too many meetings and at the end of the day, they just push the work on to everyone else. They change their minds all the time so no consistency. You don't see any raises or promotions even if you are doing a good job. In particular, the sales manager was really rude. I can tell she doesnt care alot about the work because she just made her point and walked around chatting and not really doing her job.

When I worked there many people were either fired or quit because they were not happy. No motivation because even if you get somehow paid more money, people do not get along in that type of environment where we just made to do things no questions asked and no opportunities to grow. Management gets paid too much and does too little.

Like I said people there were friendly enough. But there is not a long term future here with how they keep gossiping around and firing people. Only people who stay there long are people who are with the company for a long time already. It's a job where you come in and leave. Not rewarding.

This Company has been around for 5+ years and fires people faster than they can hire them. They are a revolving glass door for people. In my tenure of working their (1 month 1 week) they fired 5 people including me. They first hire you as a 1099 explaining how they will train you and promote you within 2 months of starting. Unfortunately, they don't tell you that your just a crumb to them waiting to be vacuumed up as soon as possible 


To Management:
How about being straight forward at the beginning with the expectations rather than lying to your new recruits. Also, why don't you act like adults and confront your issues with your management team instead of complaining to the new employees. It shows the lack of professionalism and it also makes more sense that they have been unsuccessful in growing their business

Current employee; been here since MAY 2019. I enjoy the culture the CEO has created. Managers meet frequently and always adjust to make the company better. Selfish former employees focus on "free snacks" and "poor management" but this place thrives on accountability and respect for others in the work place. I recommend QEP to anyone ready to work their behinds off and not make excuses about others or management. Accountability is key if you want to make it in any department. The CEO invest back in the people that make him successful, that is hard to find and easy to get behind. Upper management is always available for advancement opportunities and guidance, anyone who has complained about this place has not reflected on what they could’ve done better.

Recently hired but have had an excellent experience so far.

The HR team was great in introducing how the company operates and generates revenue. Plenty of documentation and all questions I had initially were answered. 

Management is understanding and flexible with a strong work/life balance focus in mind. Very smart individuals with industry standard practices in mind.

Social events planed regularly with break rooms to gather and talk with co-workers. Very encouraging environment for collaborating with others. Snacks and other food items available and provided by the company.

So far many good reasons to want to work here!



Quantum really stands out in the PayTech and FinTech industries as a company that does things the right way. Quantum has better service, better culture, better facilities, and more opportunity than just about any comparable company in this space. It's a pretty self-aware company too - it's not perfect at everything, but it receives feedback well and works on growth opportunities. All in all, I'm just really happy to have found an organization that truly cares about its customers and staff.

Pros:
Generous owner who wants to grow this company. Competitive pay. Profit sharing, 401k, benefits. Always striving to improve on any challenging areas. Encourage input from all employees.

Cons:
A little better benefit plan would be nice. No place of business is perfect but at least they are trying to become better.

Quantum Epay offers a great work environment, pay and benefits to employees. Coworkers are friendly and supportive. Since it is a smaller office, it has more of a family feel rather than a cold corporate office. Despite being a smaller office, I have seen a lot of growth in my time working here. They are understanding of any family issues that may arise and believe in family first.

I think this company has a lot of potential. Everyone is pretty nice aside, from Accounting Director and the HR Director. If you plan to work underneath either, you may want to reconsider. Pay is ok. It is good place to kick off your career and experience. CEO is nice and encourages everyone to socialize. He’s appreciative of all employees. There are monthly clinches, special events, seniority gifts and holiday parties. Most managers do a lot to show appreciation, aside from accounting. Accounting isn’t treated well. 

Honestly, I think I have grown so much professionally since I started working here. I love the people here, everyone is very nice and supportive. Fun place to work. 

The Future Leaders program is really great. I've never been at an office that actually developed their employees. I really like that aspect because I would like to climb the ladder, and grow in  my career.  Looking forward to more growth, and can't wait to be apart of the rollie gang!

The people in this organization are amazing from top to bottom. Everyone works hard and everyone is valued here, no matter their role. The culture is awesome! I've never worked in such a positive and welcoming company and leadership really cares about the employees and want to see them grow. I should probably mention the biweekly socials are great, the jumbo jenga and basketball competitions can get pretty intense! 

Quantum is a stable, growing, financially healthy company with a positive culture that embraces diversity and new ideas. Leadership is thoughtful and caring with an energizing growth vision. Quantum is staffed by a diverse workforce that is smart, talented, hard-working and knows how to have fun. High achieving employees are rewarded, and there are plenty of growth opportunities. Benefits are solid, but not amazing. That's one opportunity for improvement.
