I feel challenged and rewarded for what I do.  I feel like I have a lot of control over the job that I am doing but management does follow-up from time to time and asks questions which makes me feel trusted but yet supported when I need it.  The culture is friendly and fun; overtime and weekends have not been needed so I FINALLY have my weekends to myself.

My only two downsides would be: 

1.) The pay might not be as much as I could make somewhere else but there are more important things in my life than my salary - so I am happy where I am right now.

2.) Since this company is small the training is more like an introduction to things and then you are thrown into the work.  I will say that the documentation of what I am expected to deliver is pretty good so that helps a lot.

My typical day starts at 9 AM sharp. I work with a multicultural team on a web-based insurance platform that follows agile methodology. As a small company, every member plays a key role in their particular projects. Also, the culture of the company is quite simple as any other startup company. I have not had too hard or struggling experience working here. So, I would not be worried about the difficulty of the job. Every Friday, we lunch together and we play video games which are the best part.

Quicksilver is a challenging yet rewarding place to work. With a friendly open office environment there is always somebody willing to help you achieve your goals. There's more than enough work to go around and keep you busy, but we also have company downtime from time to time to relax and create a stronger team bond.  Overall, a great place to work.

This is relatively small company, what's allow to have close work relationship with all fellow workers which is really helpful to achieve the goals faster and also give you almost "family like" feeling. Friendly management and Friday united lunch only adds to the relaxing feeling.

At Quick Silver Systems, the company is not just a company but a family. We work as a team and everyone is helpful to each other even when not working on the same tasks. Working here helps you learn new and up coming technologies.

Excellent company, friendly and relaxed work environment. All employees believe in company goals and strive for success. Work is challenging but rewarding, and clients appreciate our commitment to their own end goals.

I have learned a lot about web design since I have started working here. Management is often helpful and the culture is diverse. The best part about it is the couple hours of Friday game time at the end of the week.

This company has an amazing multicultural team, awesome leadership, and great employee benefits. Relax work environment. Employee engagement activities are fantastic.

I love working here, enjoy the people and everyone is very helpful when I need help.  I would say that I  hope we continue to work just like this for a very long time!
