I would not recommend working here based on my experience. The work environment felt overly controlled, with frequent micromanagement and limited autonomy, regardless of your experience or professionalism. Feedback was often negative, even when meeting or exceeding expectations, which made it difficult to stay motivated.

One major issue was communication. Important updates to information were often not shared with the team in a timely manner, even though our role involved providing that information to prospective students. This created confusion and frustration for both employees and callers.

It also felt like the enrollment team, despite being a key part of the business, was undervalued. Expectations were high, but support was limited. Concerns or suggestions shared with management didn’t seem to be taken seriously, and there was a sense that constructive feedback was unwelcome unless it aligned with leadership’s views.

The company culture felt tense and disengaged at times. While I made an effort to stay and contribute positively, the overall environment felt unprofessional and unproductive, which ultimately led to my decision to leave.

I encourage future applicants to ask thoughtful questions during the interview and trust their instincts based on the responses and training experience.



Working at RCHealth as an EMT-B has been an incredible experience. The company's commitment to excellence and patient care is truly commendable. From the moment I joined, I felt supported by a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives.

The training provided by RCHealth was top-notch, equipping me with the skills and knowledge needed to handle diverse medical emergencies with confidence. The emphasis on continuous learning and development further enhanced my capabilities as an EMT-B.

One of the aspects I appreciate the most about RCHealth is its focus on employee well-being. The work environment is positive and nurturing, promoting teamwork and collaboration. The leadership team is approachable and supportive, always ready to listen to feedback and implement improvements.

I have had the privilege of working on challenging cases where I could apply my training effectively. RCHealth values innovation and encourages its employees to think outside the box, which has led to creative solutions in emergency medical situations.

Overall, my time at RCHealth has been rewarding and fulfilling. I am proud to be part of a company that prioritizes patient care, employee growth, and excellence in the field of emergency medical services.

As a side job this is a great place to work; my co-workers and supervisory staff all have experience in the field, and are very supportive. Paid training (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etcetera), flexible shifts/availability, and best of all they provide all of the needed equipment and file keeping work. You don't need to own any CPR mannequins or gear, and they handle all of the paperwork/filing so you don't have to worry about AHA audits. The only downside to working here is the pay is average for the industry but not competitive. That being said, the pay is NOT bad or subpar, it's just not impressive. As a part-time job (or as a second income) this is a great job to have.

This establishment wants to sell you on the work/life balance and “support” but they don’t have any. They don’t train you properly at all, and they treat questions like it’s a hassle despite the fact that they throw you to the wolves and expect you to know everything right away. Communication is a joke and the turn over is ridiculous. They WILL replace you because they do not care about you or the students. Work environment is nothing to look forward to when employees who’ve been there for a long time speak about dreaming of the day they can quit. HR is a joke and the owner is too.

Teamwork with local coworkers. Local office morale.

Upper management is dishonest . There is no posssibility for advancement or promotion from within . Pay is terrible.

Local  offices are great. Do not look for support or consistency from upper management. It does not exist .

Stressful, disorganized mess.

Teaching people useful skills and teaching students in health professions

The management is awful, they have hired and fired managers and still can’t properly run a company

It is basically remote work the corporate is out of state and tries to run it through contract managers

You prepare your classroom for the lesson and then teach it

Middle management is laughable, everything falls to lower employees and instructors. Pay is awful, their pay rates are ridiculous for the work and there are no bonuses or rate increases with tenure. For how much they're profiting, they really don't seem to care about sharing that with the employees who make it possible.

I interviewed with this company for the office coordinator position and I can’t believe they are expecting you to do 4 interviews to be a receptionist!!  I am appalled at the pay rate. $12.50 is insufficient to ask for that many interviews you would think I was applying for the CEO position. Overall the company seems very unorganized and they are expecting you to teach a cpr class at that salary no adjustment to salary at all. Good luck if you are expecting low pay.

We are a Multicultural environment & therefore Everyone is respected!

Typically a BLS morning class & then an afternoon Skills Only Class.

Management does nothing to support it's employees. Training is minimal and often inconsistent. Employees are treated like equipment, not people. Necessary items and working equipment are not provided. Cheapest company I have ever worked for. Extremely toxic work environment
