Daily work schedules are great and no weekends in the position.I learned a lot in a short period of time through self taught skills and a limited time of training (Covid.) Management is out of this world...I do not mean this in a good way either. Not tuned into personal growth even though they will tell you up the front that this is the case. The culture is one of fear, intimidation, and secrecy (nobody can be trusted.) I was warned early on by HR to watch out for this. The best work was done and open communication when the operations manager was not involved or around. They have a "we want to catch you mentality" and the culture is not what the owner thinks it is. The job was relatively easy and with effort and engagement with my team we were able to make some incredible short term improvements where opportunity existed. It was obvious that I was hired to fill a role due to a possible merger and when that fell through so did two of the three managers. I love and admire many of the people that work at this company. This would be a great place to work if you are not strongly opinionated and can follow directions without fail. The attitude towards development is "well lets just fire them." I would have loved to have made this a long term career. The position of operations director will need to be replaced for this company to truly thrive. I was compensated and achieved monthly bonuses fairly and consistently. 

I have been at RTO for a while now and have watched the company grow from 50 to 100+ employees. People do come and go but there are still a core group of the OGs here who remember how things were during simpler times. As the company has grown, I will say that the overall atmosphere and family feel has remained the same.  There has been some changes in leadership recently in my area and  while I have enjoyed the new direction (clearer expectations, treating everyone fairly and not just those that are your buddies or old family friends) things are going, it has caused some of the "that is not the way we always do it" crowd to leave on their own or they go due to not meeting new standards. I'm glad to be here and I am excited about the years ahead. Sad to see some people leave, but it is improving the overall atmosphere if I'm honest.  

Previous employee of this company and I was sold a good story when being hired on. Starting off, I would like to say that my "training" period was supposed to be a minimum of 60 days...I was trained in less than 5 days because my trainer had to go out on leave. This left me to run a team with very little knowledge and relying on the operations manager. This company is very toxic and there is no type of support whatsoever from management. There is no code of conduct structure in place. Employees on recorded lines conversing with each other talking about managers and nothing being done about it. I would just stay very far away from this place.

RTO National is a fast-paced organization that's small enough to be nimble and react real-time to market conditions. Associates play an active role in the company's culture and an entrepreneurial spirit is present throughout the ranks. New recs are being approved left and right as we scale up team members based out of Greenville, SC.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good schedule 9-6 weekends off - remote work 2 days a week . Bonuses

Lots of turn over of employees . Accountability needs to improve of managers and staff

Somewhat relaxed . Mix of ages , call center environment 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Phones , email lots of chatter within groups

This company is not to be trusted. Customers, employees, and partners air on the side of caution. No job security. Core values- CIRCA (candor, integrity, respect, creativity, accountability) more like a CIRCUS! Candor- you can say what you want, disrespectfully. A lot of people cry here. Zero integrity, respect, and accountability! Creatively is also snubbed. Stay away from this place. 

I don’t ever gives five stars because there is always room to improve. RTO National is great place to work. It’s a growing company so it obviously has its growing pains with it. Supervisor are awesome. Most of the time they are accessible when needed.  In most part it’s a team environment. Monthly KPI are reachable and not completely unattainable.  Over all the pros out way the cons ten fold. I wouldn’t  want to work anywhere else.  

Normal start times and breaks. Policy changes day to day depending on who made a mistake. They have goals that are not attainable to keep from passing out high commissions on the inside sales team. Management lacks accountability and has no integrity. HR personnel cannot be trusted. From a none disgruntled employee, I wouldn’t recommend working there unless short term.

I have enjoyed working at RTO National for 4+ years. You can tell that the company cares about its dealers, customers, and employees by the way the core values are implemented into everything we do. I am grateful for the benefits of working for RTO National like internal advancement opportunities, PTO, a hybrid work schedule, healthy lunch reimbursement, and much more!
