The CEO of Rachel is outstanding people the site management general superintendent need some work  Rachel is a union contractor when they have no work they lay off that is the way it is in the union

Good company to work for, field operations are well organized with great communication from middle and upper management. Office staff is always helpful.

Alright to work for lays off after every project  and expected to sit and wait for them to call you for work then expects you to drop everything to come running back
