While the benefits of working whatever events/days you like or need may seem like a dream, it's definitely NOT with Ramp Health. They make it sound like you will have so many opportunities to work, excel and travel. But it's a lie. I started with them and never once actually worked. $0 made. There were no available events. For the entire year of 2025 and through July 2026 there was nothing available. I signed up for "paid" extra training several times but was never sent the login info required to actually complete the training. I reached out to my recruiter, the staffing & scheduling depts for help/questions and recieved crickets in response. Their communication with employees is non-existent. Even after numerous requests for help and clarification, never once did I receive a response. The one time I actually got an answer to an email was when I told them I would no longer work for them due to their complete disregard for their employees. Then they were all concerned and apologetic. Three days after that I again asked for their help and never received a response. They were unprofessional, misleading, and a complete waste of my time. Not to mention the several other job opportunities I turned down and missed out on because this one was supposed to be so great. Do not waste your time.

I love working for
 this company.  I enjoy all the people that I work with when I am working at Ramp Health.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There are no stressful parts about working at this company

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everyone is friendly.  I walk with the safety team to make sure their area is following safe precautions while working in the construction site.  I also attend the Foremen's meeting to see how the construction is moving along.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I start my day off with leading morning stretches in the breakroom.  Then I listen to where everyone is working.  I attend a safety walk looking for safety issues throughout the construction site and then discuss them in a meeting.  I wait in my trailer for any medical issues that might occur.  I attend a meeting with Foremen to see how their plans are with their different they are working in.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Weekly compensation, traveling and not having to deal management daily.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Unprofessional leaders who lacked credentials as well as experience for the positions they held.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very devicive, no room for growth or advancement unless you were a part  clique. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fast paced, no real support from colleagues.

I’ve been an employee for 2 months and have not been able to get assigned to a single shift. They don’t have enough events offered/don’t need a lot of employees for the events they do have + they hired too many people. 

Applying and filling out all the paperwork was a waste of time. Additionally, to be able to work COVID events you need to complete modules that will take several hours to do, and they do NOT compensate you for that time spent even though it for a work related training. 

If you are passionate for helping others achieve their wellness goals and/or guide individuals towards a healthier lifestyle- I highly recommend being a part of the Ramp Health Team. I love my career, and look forward to helping others daily. Management is supportive, professional, and friendly! This company communicates very well, and truly cares about their employees. I am thankful to be a part of an incredible company! 

Flexible schedule that works great for me. There a strong team work when working on your shifts. The management team is exceptional. Employees have learned from the job. The company gives  training before your shifts. In general I am grateful to be a part of this company. They treat you well. 

This company is not legit! When you are accepted for employment, they give you HOURS of mandatory  non-paid training modules. 6 months later, still NO work assignments.  

Ramp health has been around for quite some time now. They have their coaching blueprint and simply ask you follow it. I will say, several things are a bit outdated. Overall, good coaching org and they care for your success. 

I think that it is a decent and low stress job, they have reasonable expectations and pay decent considering how easy the work is, but they lack hours. I find that they are pretty organized and their app is easy to use. 

The job itself it’s fulfilling; the benefits are ok.  You can acquire lots of skills you can utilize at other job positions.  I just wish they had more positions in Texas
