Being one of the first employees hired I helped build this plane as we flew it at an extremely fast pace. Over promised and under delivered. It was an exciting time in the beginning when they were formerly “Covered by Sage”. But went down hill when managers that cared about people and also understood insurance moved on. No work life balance, upper management has no insurance knowledge (certain managers don’t have experience or skill set to be in positions), company highest leaders only care about numbers to the investors, no job security as they have an extremely high turn over and layoff record. Unrealistic expectations of how to handle customers and what employees can handle to properly help existing and new customers. Company needs to get back to being a people driven company vs data driven. 

Do not recommend unless they get management that truly know how to lead by example.

A typical day at work, would be helping our customer with their needs and wants and to solve their issues. What I believed is that when you put hard work and dedication into something you will succeed. Management, they provide regular and constructive feedback that helps us understand our strengths and areas for development. Workplace culture was great as well they're all friendly and so diverse culture. the hardest part was dealing with different kinds of people knowing about your colleagues and you did not meet them in person, so you didn't know what they're look like. The most enjoyable part of the job was chilling I guess and well it's a work from home set up so it's chill no one will joke around with you and also the most fulfilling part is working with the different people, learning the work that they do.

I’m currently working as an Account Manager with Renegade Insurance , and it’s been a really positive experience so far. The team is collaborative, supportive, and always open to new ideas. I’ve had the chance to build strong relationships with clients and help guide projects from start to finish — making sure communication stays clear, timelines stay on track, and everyone’s happy with the results. Every day is a little different, which keeps things interesting, and I really enjoy being the bridge between clients and our internal teams.
