I have worked at Revenue Enterprises for over 7 years with no intent of leaving.  I stay because I have a sense of ownership and feel like I'm part of something bigger.  My opinions matter and the management team listens to every idea, request and suggestion.

The representatives are friendly and helpful.  It is a high energy, fast paced work environment and there is always work today - so I'm never bored.

Benefits are great and I have plenty paid time off to take the time I need to be with my family or to have fun sometimes - or on the rare occasion that I'm sick.  REL also pays a generous referral and retention bonuses for employees who are referred by other employees and are there for six months or more.

There are recognition programs for people who are high performers and also for providing great customer service.  We have opportunities to win prizes, lunches or credit toward the employee store for cool gifts.

You work for multiple hospitals/clients and lab using the same systems but they preach hard on hipaa (of course) which is hard to do when they expect you to be faster and faster but make all the systems as similiar. There are some teams with up to 25 clients and they expect zero mistakes, but think putting all those clients in the same systems will help productivity, but it doesnt. It just makes waaaaay more room for mistakes.  MANY Employees there feel this way. Also, its only about call volume and hitting numbers like any call center. They dont want you to resolve all the issues on the account.  Only what the patient asks about. Which is WRONG considering there are always additional issues with accounts. Including over payments. But they dont want you to tell the patients about that. Tbh, its just a call center trying to pull as many payments as they can. 

Been here a year. The pay is great and a healthy environment to be in. The bosses are very kind and understanding that life happens sometimes and understands there are emergencies. They offer fair breaks. Great opportunities to grow i. The company. Have great incentives and bonuses. There isn't part time available and your work regular business hours so if u have appointments you have to use your PTO. But overall definitely one of the best places ive ever worked. 

Revenue Enterprises has been a great place to work.  The reps are friendly and helpful. The managers are available to talk to and help if you need them.

The benefits are good and there is plenty paid time off to take a vacation once in awhile.  They also offer healthcare and life insurance, 401k with a matching program, and other insurance coverage.

They have a good employee and referral bonus that they pay for employees that are there for more than six months and for employees that refer other employees that stay for more than six months.

Do not apply at this place. It will affect you mentally. Management talks poorly about their reps and do not acknowledge how stressful this job is. They demand more and more from their employees. There is always system issues and the bonuses are not great at all. If you recently got out of high school this is a good stepping stone, but this is not an adult job especially if you have a family to take care of. Ask about the turnover rate at this place. Training is a joke, you learn more about the trainer’s personal life and she gossips about absolutely everyone. 

The entire team at Revenue Enterprises is simply outstanding.  The team/family experience is second to none.  I have never enjoyed working anywhere as much as I do, it has been my home for over nine years.

Working remotely has its negatives, but the team at Revenue Enterprises works hard to work collaborative to over come the challenges.  Being afforded the ability to work from home has hugely benefit the vast majority of the company as well as enhance overall performance.  



It’s a good place to work if you just started working but I wouldn’t recommend for anyone other than that. Management plays favorites, no opportunity to bonus because the goals are beyond ridiculous, and micro managing is a serious problem from some of the supervisors. The PTO is generous but don’t expect anything other than that. This company needs to work on their professionalism and inclusivity of employees of color. Do not recommend if you want to feel important and included 

I've worked at other call centers, and Revenue Enterprises is just different from any other place I have worked in the past. They truly care about the employees and give us different ways to reach out to the managers and leadership team on suggestions and ways to make our job easier. I love the fact that this company plays the part as the "good guy" in a "bad guy" industry. I actually feel like I'm helping patients move forward in their life and recovery from medical issues they have faced. Thank you REL!

I like the job so far and it fits into my life well. The balance and ability to juggle life and work is great. Working from home and training are all smooth and work well. I feel training with the amount there is to learn needs a little adjustment but it is compensated for while gaining the on the job experience. 

Company is great for starting to get into the hospital world but rather than that no advancement opportunity there. Management plays favorites. culture is nice regarding employee activities lunches etc. busy call center no down time and they hate if you're absent due to real life events like accident etc if you run out of pto then there goes your job.
