I met some good people working here, but most people end up trapped seeking employment elsewhere or laid off. The company was open about outsourcing overseas and moving toward non U.S. workers. Constant layoffs in waves. The job itself is disorganized at times, managers are promoted based on being friends of others or the CEO. This could be an okay place if you are looking for entry level recruitment experience but if you have years of TA/recruitment look elsewhere its not needed here. Expect alot of different managers throughout employment. The "leaders" in this company lead by fear. Commission is sometimes paid sometimes not. There are often excuses as to why you did not "qualify" even though on paper it appears you did. The Monday Morning Meeting is something else and should be your first red flag of more to come along with the first day singing required. You can do everything right at this company and still be out of a job. 

Russell Tobin helped me prepare for interviews with Goldman Sachs and I was selected for the position. The help with the interviews was great, I feel like my interview skills were improved with the help of the recruiter at Russell Tobin. However, after 3 days Goldman Sachs decided they didn't want me anymore so I was left unemployed and the staffing manager at Russell Tobin was horribly rude about the situation and said it was my own fault that Goldman Sachs changed their mind and he would not allow me to continue receiving help from the agency for employment. I would never recommend working with Russell Tobin because of the staffing manager. As far as what was expected, looking back I now realize it was ridiculous. They required 50 hours of work per week with no lunch breaks.

Tells you that the job will last for a short period. Was extended. No problem with that. However, if you had to miss time, you were to call them and let them know. When done, the rep tells you that you need to contact the company you are working at instead. What was the purpose of telling the temp to contact the rep when they tell you to call the company you are working at?  Doesn't care if there is anything new job wise once the assignment s completed. They are one and done type temp agencies.

The management was easy to with, my co-workers were great! Enjoyed seeing them everyday. I learned that a computer can easily replace you, even when your supervisor says you won'the be replaced and to always go with your gut feeling about a job. My job wasn'the really hard, only to be quick and always keep up with changes. I liked not being micro-managed at my temporary job. Everyone at Russell-Tobin from HR to the recruiters went out of their way for me and I appreciated it.

What is the best part of working at the company?
They responded within 48 hours to all my emails.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Many timesheet errors on their part requiring my emailing them to fix. Each week needed two timesheets. Health benefits by United Healthcare with all the usual hassles of that. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
This is a standard staffing agency with offshore customer service.

Worked with clients at Weitz & Luxenberg and Citigroup.
Utilized Weitz & Luxenberg Integrated Client System to analyze estate documents to determine accurate client and beneficiary information.
Communicate on a daily basis updates on client calls.
Assisted Attorneys in compiling necessary documentation for drafting wrongful death compromise orders. 
Assisted with Citigroup’s quarterly auditing by analyzing various companies’ security certificates in a timely manner

Temp agency that contacts/send out to help find staff for clients. Learn how to work in different levels and roles within different corporate structures and firm. Most don't really have too many interactions with co-workers while temp through the agency. The hardest part is finding actual work and most enjoyable part is securing actual work.

DO NOT WORK HERE!! When the customer complained about numbers that we couldn't change or the time I was in uniform getting a phone call yelling at me for not wearing a uniform. They made sure to call and harp or harass me. But if i called them for an issue it would take 2 days minimum for a call back. Even then i never got a straight answer. We had a slow down and were worried about our jobs and they had care about another place to put us about

CBHA.TECT. assist.V/S.assist.restraining,assist.EKG.escorting to court date, assist.MEAL, assit. MEDICATION, and one on one debriefing.

Administration with medication 💊

Psychiatric. Environment. Any culture 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Morning, or Evening. Safe, protected.

Director of Media and Tech does not know how to run a department because he is caught up in his arrogance. The turnover rate is high I'd say because of lack of management. Russell Tobin could be a great place but it's completely missing mentorship and creativity. It's a very straight edge environment, and I consider myself pretty straight edge... If you're into working 9-7and getting underpaid for the hours you work this is the place for you.
