I worked at the Tomball location for just over a year. I was hired as a PCC and started in Intakes. Training took about two weeks and I was trained by my direct supervisor. Training was often interrupted by daily issues. Intakes consisted of inbound and outbound calls and emails. My direct supervisors were changed three different times in my year here, which wasn't difficult to get accustomed to. 
The workplace culture is still a bit toxic. The bullying just became addressed after months of people complaining to HR, Supervisors, and the CEO's. Hopefully, this goes away soon. 
The hardest part of the job is giving bad news to an upset patient/parent. As a company, Sentido does its very best to supply their patients with what they need, but having to admit something may have been delayed and handle those calls professionally can be stressful. 
The best part of the job was being the representative that helps the patient. I enjoyed intakes a lot and loved being a little support for patients/parents needing DME supplies for the first time. It is very stressful for patients/parents, and being understanding of that goes a long way for them. 
Management is very willing to speak frankly with you, be it about PTO, work performance, and moving up in the company. Take advantage of that and don't be afraid to speak up for yourself. 
Make sure you always cover yourself. If you're unsure of something someone is asking you to do, run it by your direct supervisor first. I saved myself a lot of trouble doing this. 
Sentido Health has a lot of potential, CEO's really care about the patients, and the staff all around works very hard. Keep your wits about you, be kind to everyone, and you should enjoy your time here. 

This company is anything you’re willing to make it. If you’re a hard working individual who desires to not just have a job, but a successful career this is the company you want. I’ve been with company for two years now and feel like I’m part of a family. Sentido really takes care of their own. There are no limits to how far you can grow either. If you’re willing to put in the work and dedication Sentido is just as loyal to you. Being part of this company has really brought great joy and pride to my work life. 
No many people enjoy their jobs, but because of the company and management alone I don’t just enjoy my job; I LOVE it. 
You will too. Can’t go wrong with a job opportunity from Sentido. They reward for hard working individuals who actually want to work.

Poor pay, horrible management, horrible place to work at, they don’t follow through with promises, high turnover rate for a reason, poor training, no help, staff is very clicky and  messy, management doesn’t follow through with their deals, they’ll offer more money ONLY when you decide to resign, the place is not worth the stress, if you’re a good employee  you will be overwhelmed with work while the ones that are not good get treated well. No appreciation for employees and management is not trustworthy 

Over all just a very beginner stage company of 100 people, so lots of growing pains off the bat. Communication and training is non existent because no one has time. Everyone wears multiple hats and the work load expected is beyond the job description across the company. Like pretty much all agencies in this industry many lack professionalism but more specifically here there are lack of procedures, rules, processes and all book keeping overall is not clean.
Know who you’re working for when you represent a company, as this can fall back on you if you’re a licensed employee under them. 

Do not work here. Massive turn over rate. My first few months 8 people left. If this is not a red flag I do not know what is. This job fails to sufficiently train new employees. Most people run around clueless and just wait to be assigned things internal workers are the only ones with assigned duties. A dietitian who works here would run around doing weekend duties constantly. They will throw you to the wolves and any very minor mistake they berate you for. Horrible management and they will never take ownership of their issues. 

This company is very patient focused and there is a lot of team work to get everything completed. The team in DFW will all pitch in when needed to take care of our families so it doesn’t always fall on one person. There are long days, but ample patient interaction so you can see the difference you are making. Management is always respectful and considerate, and it is easy to be in communication with “higher-ups” at the company so your voice truly matters no matter your position. 

Sentido has created a positive culture for staff to work in, supporting an 'open door' policy with Management to provide suggestion, feedback, etc to better outcomes for both staff and patients served.
Sentido is a transparent organization, providing helpful updates to changes in office that support better outcomes for Company, staff, & patients alike.
Sentido is well balanced, supporting staff with incentives, etc showing appreciation.

Work hours go by fast. It's more than just a job, you feel at home. Coworkers, family and management treat you as if you are part of their family.  Enjoyable part of the job is working one on one, having time to spend with your patient, even going out on family outings. The hardest part of the job can be going home.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Very little involvement from management. They are stretched thin and are impossible to get ahold of. Unrealistic expectations for recruiting KPIs

Working for Sentido in the last year has helped me grow as a nurse.  Job culture is really important here.   I feel valued and heard. The team environment is fun and fast paced.
