Working at Sicilian Oven was a rewarding experience. The restaurant maintained a fast-paced yet organized environment, and I had the opportunity to develop strong customer service skills while working alongside a supportive team. The management was generally approachable, and I appreciated the focus on quality food and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role helped me build confidence in multitasking, upselling, and creating positive dining experiences for customers.

I’ve been working here for years I and I love it. I worked at a lot of restaurants where management would mistreat you and abuse you and it’s not like that here. There’s 3 managers and they’re all great. Everything is pretty orderly and you’re trained really well here. Sometimes the crowd are kind of low class people so you miss out or get a couple bad tips but you also get a lot of regulars who tip very well.
Working here, I always have a smile on my face. Expect part-time hours only.


What is the best part of working at the company?
Very disorganized Corporations , Many hours , not gamily oriented people, Worst employee. Dont care about the workers they care about money only , no culture no values 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Corporate executives, including the president of the company 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very stressful ; They just care about making money

Not good poor place to work, you don’t speak Spanish your screwed. They talk to there BOH managers about your pay and if it’s to high they frown on you and make up things to get you gone. Thought it was going to be a good place but it really isnt. That’s at least speaking for the Wellington location 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing was good about this place except the customers that ate there often.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Over worked for little hours and pay 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment is neutral and the culture is biracial 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Slow during the day in between at night

I made decent money as a server and the hours were nice since you never really got out later then 10:30. The only issue I have is that they are not respectable of your schedule and will happily schedule when you requested time off 2 months ago. Management can be a little bit annoying and sometimes coworkers are cliquey. But i enjoyed my time working there. 

While I get paid great the job is stressful and you're on your feet for a very long time in comparison to other jobs this is a cakewalk for what i make. I just wish there was more vertical mobility within the company when it comes to promotions. At least in my experience that part is quite difficult 

Usually pretty simple,taking orders on the phone and seating people that walk in. during the day shift im by myself doing bus boy work, cashier, answering phones, food running and hostessing. very busy and stressful. coworkers would try to help out if it got busy, but I never got compensated for doing everything extra.

Management was rude and unprofessional, they had no clear sense of what true professional boundaries are between them and their employees. I often received inappropriate remarks from my manager that did not involve work. Coworkers tended to be very cliquey, almost like middle school. Hours were horrible, I was often give 2 shifts per week.

The management and coworkers are all very friendly but be prepared to see favorites picked which will effect your hours & your pay. Management believes only certain people deserve as many hours and only certain people are important enough to make money. It’s a friendly enviroment if you dont mind being one of the last options.
