What is the best part of working at the company?
The medical professionals are amazing caring people who want to provide for their patients and employees. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The HR department is not cooperative with each other or with the organization. They make decisions that make work harder for employees and leaders causing leaders to work around them. Many long term HR folks are ineffective and set in their ways, making them challenging to work with. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic in the HR department. Other areas could be ok

On the surface it seemed to be an ok job.  
In the beginning it was a pleasure to go into work.   After a short time, the real politics began to show. If you are in your 20s and 30s and love to gossip about your co-workers and the patients, you will be fine. If you completely disregard HIPAA, leave your workstation unattended, talk about patients coming in for an appointment (specifically talking about their reason for coming in), you will be OK. If you do not partake in these activities, DO NOT APPLY

What is the best part of working at the company?
Very supportive atmosphere. The organization strives always, to promote Just Culture for its employees.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I have nothing negative to say about Solution Health.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Excellent. Solution Health is very focused on doing the right thing for its employees.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very nice. You are expected to excel at your job, but there are many tools to help you do so.

The work enviroment is very rewarding and patients appreciate what we do in the mammography department.  The employees are a great group to work with.  The radiologist on the other hand makes  life miserable for everyone. She makes for a hostile environment and should be fired for shaming her employees and patients.  Not sure how she gets away with her treatment of people when there’s policies in place for that.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Great interaction with both candidates and hiring managers

The environment was professional but not overly strict, which made it easy to settle in. The team was supportive and willing to help whenever I had questions, and management was approachable. Pay was consistent and on time, which I appreciated. At times, the workload could get a little hectic when deadlines piled up, but it was a good opportunity to learn how to prioritize tasks. Overall, it was a fair and reliable job that gave me solid experience.

Both hospitals lack severe governance in terms of building out their EMR system. There is no overarching health system structure to standardize built resulting in inefficient and duplicative work. Anyone makes request for built that just has to be done, only for someone else to turn around and ask for that to be removed.

A great foundation to collaborate with other professionals. Many professionals from different backgrounds. Always learning and being encouraged to grow!

The pay was top of the line for the area and I liked my coworkers for the most part, and my manger was at least a nice person, but you are very micromanaged and workload is not distributed well. Overall I wound up leaving 

Great team of analysts, informatics and management but no opportunities for career growth. Low pay but the job offers a lot of flexibility which I find to be very important.
