If you're looking for a place to work and is open to learn then this is the place for you! Someone will not last to a place if they're not open in learning new things and not open to changes. This place helped me grow and be to where I am today; it was not an easy process but I am glad that I stayed and not be persuaded by some of my previous co-workers who's not open to different ideas. Any job is hard but if you know how to set your time wisely and keep the negativities and bad vibes away then you will be successful in your job.

Unfortunately there are several staff members that cut corners, bully employees, show up late or don’t show up at all. The staff needs a complete overhaul. The management team in place is really trying hard. They need comitted, hard working, ethical employees to properly care for the staff and create a positive work environment. As a newly licensed CNA and now a LVN student, there is so much potential here but the long term staff have bad habits and bad attitudes. 

This was my very first CNA job, and i loved it so much, i appreciated how they cared about my needs and the training was amazing. I became  employee of the month and that was my goal! they allowed me to work hard along with the employees. I miss it over there! but i know that ill be going back~

A good place to learn and hone your skills. Lots of help and resources, and a homelike working environment. It is a rewarding experience to work with professionals who aims for the same thing which is to give the best care to our residents! 

It's a cool place to work but some of the department heads can be very rude and they expect like three nurses to take care of the whole facility they are constantly understaffed and don't offer the best care for your loved ones.

This was only a stepping stone job for me. Due to over saturation in the SD area, Nursing jobs are competitive and limited. I went in with the mentality that I’d do one year and then try to advance to acute care. But this job is not for the faint at heart.

great place to work. worked here right after becoming a cna and they helped set the foundation of my medical career. great staff though sometimes understaffed but things may have changed since i worked there

I love working in here!! They are very understanding and always communicate with their employees. They treat their employees right!! Nurses and staff are nice

Great place and company to to work at! A great place to learn and hone your skills in the healthcare industry. Lots of help and resources and lots of growth opportunities. 

I work a CNA because I like helping who wants need to help that why I’m working CNA because I want it but sometimes we have hard because the patient it’s not listening and sometimes it’s hurting
