I enjoy the day to day operations of the job and the clients I get to help. my coworkers are hard working people who still enjoy their jobs, which helps keep morale and overall job satisfaction high. the hardest park of the job is traveling to different locations in heavy traffic. the most enjoyable part of the job seeing the results of the participants we work with on a daily basis. management is good, hard to read sometimes, but no problems with anyone and I don't foresee any in the near future.

Spectrum Community Services is a non-profit organization that provides numerous services within the community. I had the pleasure of working within one of the programs designed for senior citizens which was the fall prevention program. The program was a program that taught the risks of falls and how they can be prevented. The most enjoyable aspect of the job is engaging with participants and getting to know them on a personal level. Gave me the opportunity to utilize some basic casemanagement skills that I learned while in school.

A great place to work as it is a community based organization that makes a difference in people's lives.  Management and staff are friendly, hard working, and has good direction for helping people in the community.   The Fall Prevention Program truly has passionate, energetic, knowledgeable, and qualified staff.

I worked here not fully understanding what the job would entail because they'll didn't give me a great understanding of my duties or explain that soon after I started I would be left alone with people I couldn't handle on my own in tense situations. 

Knowing that the end result is helping many seniors in our community is deeply satisfying. The team of people I work with are dedicated and reliable. We each support one another to ensure the job gets done.

good team work.good working hours. option to do other work assign by managers. company have been do outreach to bay area for a long time. this is an ideal work place for passion to work for community.

Love working with others, good company to work for. Was there a few years and got promoted to Manager with salary good benefits. My schedule was flexible and over time was available when I was DCW

Had fun, learned a lot during my time at Spectrum. Nice atmosphere, nice people. Great organization that helps most families in the community. Glad and honored to be here.
