StrideCare has been the best oppurtunity of my life. I enjoy my work, which has not always been the case. I feel like I am helping others and getting to meet interesting people, getting comments on how I’ve helped people is the best feeling. I’ve had several injuries/sicknesses since I’ve started and everyone has only worked with me to help me out. Times where I was scared to lose my job I got nothing but support. Genuinely a life changing job. 

Employee from 2020-2022. Horrible communication. It was always so hard to reach HR. Benefits are expensive. I was unable to use my medical insurance for SIX MONTHS because they could not fix my dependent(s), yet they were able to fix my office manager's information within a couple days. There were a lot of miscommunications between employees, office manager, and higher ups. Always went underpaid and unappreciated for what you are expected to do for your job title.

What I am most proud about in working for Stride is knowing that we have improved patients lives - sometimes by helping them avoid having their foot amputated.
Stride is a very fast growing organization, the good part of that is the chance for advancement.  The bad part of that is that things change at a high speed so I find myself working on weekends to keep up.

This is a very special and unique healthcare organization. Focused on comprehensive lower extremity care, Stride Healthcare offers a unique culture consistent with both a start up innovative atmosphere, and that of an established provider of excellent patient care.

I have the joy of using my knowledge and skills to help patients, colleagues and providers daily.  If you are eager to learn, enjoy helping others, and want an environment that encourages growth; Stridecare is the place for you. There has not been a dull moment since I finished my training.  I am very happy I found a place w/i Stridecare.

I was hired in & was not doing tasks that were in my job title so I got bored very quick. My manager was also a micro manager & have never been use to that sort of thing. Don’t recommend employment there. They really didn’t even need to hire me in the beginning as they already have an office manager.  

The support that management gives their employees is unmatched.  This has been a great company to work w/for.  Recognition is there and advancement is more than welcomed when earned.

Not a good place to work. They make you get your own supplys from different locations because they are so poorly managed. A few of the doctors are a real pain in the butt. 

A start up, entreprenurial envrionment. 
The leadership is a mess, but my team is amazing. I have a lot of opportunities to grow and learn here.

Benefits suck, pay is okay... but a great place to grow a resume.

I like being able to help patients.  Its busy, and we are growing so sometimes its crazy.

I like the people I work with, we try to have fun but also get the work done.
