The owner and managers think they own SpaceX and constantly push employees to work harder for the "team". The reality is that they pay low wages to underqualified employees and sell poor-quality equipment. Their machines consistently break down on the job, for which their solution is to sell replacement parts at extortionate, arbitrarily-set prices.

don't go to work for this company. The place is 110 in the summer, 40 in the winter, no benefits, no increases in two years 

The floor is cluttered , its unsafe ,OSHA is ready to close them down any day

Not that many holidays paid plus no Medical insurance and the place needs a deep cleaning. Too many managers. Good place to learn and leave. In winter you can barely see each other because of the smoke of plasmas, welding and painting.

I learned a lot of valuable information from people that have worked in this places for more than 30 years.  I had to move to take care of a family member but they did say they would take me back if I ever moved back to Chicago.

Unfortunately I had to move out of state, Illinois is great but the taxes forced me out.  My Family can't afford living here anymore. I will miss this place .

Management was scattered, shady practices were commonplace. Many employees tried to do the right thing always, however those at the top acted otherwise.

Good family owned company to work for. Good managers with chances to succeed in your skills. High stress moments due to production dates. A good spot to work.

Productive workplace for gaining experience in many aspects of the Manufacturing Industy.
