Syserco does not set its people up for success, but if you succeed anyways, you may be rewarded with a pay increase less than inflation, a dissatisfying bonus, or a long overdue promotion. If you do get promoted, you should check for public job postings for that role to ensure that your pay is within the salary range of the role, which has not historically been the case for many employees. 

The benefits are decent, but they are disorganized and nobody at the company has a concise list. They also change regularly, becoming leaner over time, so don't be overly attached to any of them, even your health insurance. 

If you're looking for a healthy work/life culture, then you look to the managers who regularly don't see their families because they're working long days in the office, or the field personnel who sleep on construction sites just to get the job done. 

If you do have a complaint, the owners will gladly take your feedback, and find an excuse to fire you while depriving you of unemployment benefits. When workers tried to unionize, the company engaged in legally questionable behavior.

I was recruited by a third party straight out of the military.
This company will fill the void of having loss of comradery and give you that same OJT that you got from the military.
They did provide me with all the tools necessary to perform my assigned duties.
I was told that I would be commuting daily, up to 1 hour, unpaid.
Most times it was much longer due to traffic.  Daily technical reports were due for every visit and I was expected to complete these for a 9 hour work day in less than 30 minutes, in duplicate due to outdated management software.  It often would take me up to an hour and a half to complete them.  Maybe I am too detail oriented.
The management is wonderful here, made it very hard to leave because they were too understanding.

Syserco Inc is a relatively small business compared to its competitors, although, they out-perform companies like Siemens. My background wasn't in HVAC but I learned a wealth of knowledge on how each system works. The only reason I left was because my heart wasn't in that specific industry. The skills I learned in the military translated well to technical work.

Short staffed on the operations side makes for long weeks and stressed out technicians. It seems a lot of seasoned personnel leave with little heads up making filling the void that much harder.

Great place to work, the people are nice and the work is steady. They promote from within and work with you to grow a career.

Great place to work. Good work life balance and great opportunities to grow. 

You can work your way up. There is room to grow and management is very competent.
