Really enjoyed the job itself and their customers and candidates. Management is VERY green and has little to no managerial experience which can make it difficult. The communication throughout the organization is terrible!  
Recent system change and they're still trying to figure out how to expand/grow on the light industrial recruiting side (they changed their recruiting process 3x in 3 months). I would classify them as somewhat of a newer company bc of this. 
The schedule is great and flexible. Leave early every Friday.  But low base pay and little commission. No yearly or quarterly bonuses. 
Little to NO job security and no room for growth. Most recruiters in the LI/manufacturing space walk on egg shells. And the new KPIs from the VP are unobtainable. Management teams, leadership and owners truly need more experience in leading successful and GROWING teams. At this point they’re throwing p00 at a wall and seeing what sticks. 
This would be a good starter job for someone looking to gain experience in recruiting but a more seasoned recruiter is not valued nor looked at as an asset. They want folks that are green that they can morph to fit their mold (preferably men). 
Also, it days they are a “female owned company”, which is not completely true. Don't let that fool you into thinking they value women etc. All who have been laid off in the past 6 months have been ALL women. 

The culture at Talent Strategy is the best I've ever worked for as everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Since they are a small and fast growing business, it allows the management team to spend time properly training new employees. There are endless opportunities to advance your career with constant encouragement and support from the team. We have fun events such as summer cookouts, outings at the ballpark, and ice-cream socials. I look forward to making a full career at Talent Strategy!

I was impressed and drawn to the position because of the culture I witnessed at the company during the interview process.   The leadership team is developing procedures and policies to promote and foster their calculated growth.   

A lot of freedom to do your job the way you want to do it. Leadership is always available and genuinely cares. Most of the people here are experienced recruiters and account managers. Excellent work life balance and flexibility with working hours.



I have been at the company for multiple years, and it's a really fun and exciting place to work! They have done a good job hiring experienced recruiting/sales professionals, and building around those teams.
