I love working here. The staff from every department is very caring and really hardworking. There is great teamwork here, which creates a pleasant and fun envirenment. There are full time medical and psychiatric providers and the needs of the clients are readily addressed which makes the nursing process and delivery of care easier and the clients more satisfied. The Executive Director is a strong leader,  very responsive to departmental needs,  and always available to assist and direct when complicated and/or crisis situations arise. The nursing team is really flexible and scheduling around personal requests is easily accomodated. And I can't say enough about the the really fabulous BHTs and Case Managers at this facility, who provide a great deal of support for the medical/nursing department.  All in all, I have worked in this field for decades, and TBT is on the top of my favorites list. I can say that I truly enjoy my job here.

A friend of mine had me ask myself years ago - would you send a loved one to the facility you work at. That has become the bar that I now hold treatment centers too. If the answer is no, I know it’s time to leave. 

The answer for TBT is yes I would. I love the diversity of their clinical programming. Not just the staff but the different modalities, services, and interventions used for our clients. I have been here a little over four months as a contract group therapist/EMDR therapist and I am grateful for the space to do what I love. The support from operations, medical, and clinical has been a breath fresh air. Both leadership and staff have been nothing but kind and gracious to both myself and the amazing clients  we get to work with. 

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s a really great place to work!

Leading by example, helping people to be successful in life to help leave behind traumas that one has endured in life.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There are no really stressful parts in this job because you have to have compassion and passion in the first place.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is great great supervisors, clinical staff, great ownership.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fun and rewarding. Working with a team that has the same mindset. To succeed and helping others.

The mission of The Best Treatment is to help each individual that walks through the door. The clinical and medical team works very hard to do so always going above and beyond. The behavioral health techs are wonderful and very helpful. Upper management and those who own the company do a very bad job with communicating and create a hostile environment with constant gossip. I have never worked in a place where you have to fight against management just do your job effectively and provide the best service for the clients who want to recover. 

The schedule was good and the staff I worked with were amazing — everyone on the team was friendly, hardworking, and supportive. Unfortunately, management and the executive director made this one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had. The workplace was very unorganized, and it often felt like you were left to figure everything out on your own with no real help or guidance. The executive director was extremely rude and off-putting, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or valued. It is a shame because the staff truly care about their work, but poor leadership ruins the experience. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Wonderful group of people to be around. Hated to have to go.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working when the weather wasn't permitting. Rainy, and have to go to different buildings outside.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Amazing being around people from various walks in likes. This is a Drug/Alcohol Treatment Center.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Like a good workout for me. Having the opportunity to make good things BETTER. Knowing that you've made someone's day better.

I’ve worked as a clinician in the treatment field for roughly 15 years. The Best Treatment is by far the best program overall that I’ve worked with. Anyone who’s worked in the field long term knows the mess of programs out there. TBT is one of the only abstinent based programs left. They stick to program expectations and keeping clients accountable. Management and ownership definitely put the client’s needs and ethical practices as top priorities. I would still be there today if I didn’t have to move out of state for personal reasons. 

The techs are great w clients and hard working however they are always short staffed and over worked. Clinical team is amazing and they genuinely care about the patients. Management is unaware of what is actually going on and she relies on select “spies” as her sole source of information. Lots of favoritism and HIGH turnover.

Paper work, documentation on time, last minute requests 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great environment, friendly, respectful.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
See clients, appointments, documentation, meeting.

Clinical team is pretty good, Management is horrific, depends on who you are, in their clique, it must be great, if not don't worry, you won't be there long.  Executive Director is a DICTATOR,  dishonest, power hungry, micromanaging, narcissist who has no redeeming qualities or integrity.
Client community is awesome and positive, BHT's are amazing and hard working!!
