I have worked at Imagine for 1 year now. I have done everything right as an employee, minus some mistakes as I learned the job and more about what was expected of me. I showed up on time with a good attitude, owned up to my mistakes and fixed them, I stayed late on some occasions to help out. Twice, I got hurt doing their work and only missed 1 day of work. To start, I felt that my pay was fair and I felt like the performance I had as an employee granted a far better pay raise than I got. Apparently, they felt that only an extra thirty cents an hour after all of that was “fair”. I heard as much from other employees but I trusted my management to do what was fair and they hung me out to dry. In addition, afternoon dispatch was poorly run and completely in disarray, leading me to be forced to work extra hours due to the complete lack of organizational skills. This was also because the workload was not evenly distributed. I was given additional tasks at the end of my work day and continually had to clean up after others laziness. Example given, parking vehicles that others failed to park themselves due to laziness, Load LTL trucks on my own, etc. Also observed was the continual “playing of favorites” by shipping management. This was exhibited by others being able to stand idle while I worked and certain individuals being seemingly exempt from the uniform and attendance policy. After all of this, there was no negotiation about the “pay raise” and a multi million dollar corporation will not even consider giving good employees even so much as a fifty cent pay raise.

I worked at Imagine for over 11 years, during which time I contributed significantly to the team's success and growth. In 2022, I considered leaving to pursue opportunities with higher compensation. 
However, leadership encouraged me to stay, assuring me that if I took on additional responsibilities and met specific performance goals, they would adjust my salary to my requested level. I committed to this path, fulfilling all the outlined expectations and even extending my patience through another full review cycle the following year, when raises are typically awarded.
Despite my efforts and loyalty, no salary adjustment was made, effectively wasting more than two years of my professional time and potential earnings elsewhere. 
This experience left me deeply disappointed, particularly in light of the company's strong emphasis on "embracing equity." From my observations, there appears to be a pattern of prioritizing hires from underrepresented groups and offering them more competitive compensation packages, which may inadvertently disadvantage long-term employees like myself. While I appreciate the intent behind diversity initiatives, it felt as though my contributions were undervalued in favor of these priorities.
Overall, while the company has many positive aspects, this lack of follow-through on commitments eroded my trust and ultimately led to my departure. I would advise potential employees to seek clear, written agreements on compensation discussions to avoid similar frustrations.



The company does not like change and will cut corners with everything to save money. They work you hard and watch you when you take breaks, the worst thing is when you do a great job the management team will ask you to do better now that you've met the quota but they will give you penny's for a raise. The cafeteria is way over priced and the food is bad, the cashier is inconsistent with charging you for the same thing and usually over charges. The parking is not to bad and yet people still hit cars in the lot more than other parking lots and they wont put cameras in the parking lot. Most people working at the company are ten year vets or temps and the other workers come and go like the wind, when they hire people to change things for the better they end up quitting because the company doesn't want to change any bad habits. The overall moral of the workers are poor because of the atmosphere and it can be rough working with that. Management is lacking true leaders and you are treated like a high schooler skipping class, the gossip is probably one of the worst things about this company.

Working here the first few days you'll notice a huge language barrier between everyone. This causes many problems like slower production time and the ability to communicate with others. It's expected for a lot to get done in 12 hours with workers that are mostly old. Making the line leads mad, yelling at the poor old people who don't even understand what the line lead is saying, what would you expect bringing in old and uneducated people? Competition is always a problem too, many line leads compete each other to get the best out of the manager, I noticed the line leads that don't do so great are the most neglected and quit not too long after. Sometimes my co workers would try to have fun but only get shut down by the line lead for being to immature and threaten to be sent back home if requirements were not met. I wouldn't recommend people to work here, there are way better opportunities for people looking for a more better experience then this.

So I started working here during early 2024 when they went live with the new system.  Nobody received any training (including management).  So "Imagine" the data entry team or the account managers trying to enter anything into the system correctly.  HAHA!  So the clients' job finally manages to somehow snake its way through the warehouse and it ends up in shipping.  The job at this point is so screwed up and you have to sit and try to figure out what the #uck it was supposed to be and how it should have shipped in the first place!!  This job is nothing but a cluster #uck nightmare and there is just nothing you can do to fix anything in this broken company!!  Oh wait. . . unless you are in recovery and/or have some type of severe mental illness. . . then the shipping department is for you!

The actual work isn't hard and you're not pushed too much by unrealistic expectations. It seems like various departments don't communicate with each other, which would solve 90% of issues with jobs being done wrong. The biggest issue is that upper management outright refuses to acknowledge the problems we're going through with the labor shortage. They keep trying to distract with gift cards and such rather than address the elephant in the room, which just makes them look incompetent. Also, they love having quarterly meetings about how much our profits are up, but employees don't see any of that revenue turning into raises for those working hard to keep the shop operating. Pay/benefits are middle of the road for the industry, and doesn't reflect any urgent desire to keep all the people who are quitting.

I love going to work everyday I can say and each day is always different.  Some days we work hard and some days are laid back. Everyone knows what they're doing and we all work together as a whole to succeed together. There's never a dull moment. Management is great and easy to deal with. I wish I would of found this company sooner. Pay is enough to survive off of that's for sure so I can't complain. Company is definitely growing and will continue.  I have no bad things to say about the company since I've got hired. Just know that it's definitely the best company I've worked for and I've been working for 20 plus years. 

This place is Like going back to High School filled with clicques and racism. There is an ongoing popularity contest. If you willing to sell your soul and stab your "friends" in the back, This is the job for you No experience necessary. There is no Caring or compassion here the corporate greed is obvious. I am fairly certain that they follow the labor laws to the minimum. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemies. All it takes is one person to notice that you know your job and then the fear sets in for other employees as they start to set you up to fail. As they dont know there jobs only that they brown nosed  to get it and now that they have it they need to keep it any way necessary.

I worked at Imagine for about a year what I liked about working there was the schedule and the work itself. 

However, the work environment was so toxic there's cliches and if you aren't apart of the cliche they will nit pick everything you do. I was always paranoid about not going fast enough or doing something wrong. There was absolutely no direct communication whatsoever and I watched on multiple occasions other employees (especially temps) get berated and verbal harnessed by the supervisors who ran the department.  I am still in disbelief the things that certain employees got away with. It's too bad because the work wasn't bad and the hours were convenient because you usually end up getting longer weekends.   



Get into the shop and talk to previous supervisor to find out anything we should know, then start unloading trucks (with rider jacks and forklifts) and log received goods into the computer, while stating where in the shop they could be located. We would move things to different departments in the warehouse and also use stand up forklifts and barcode scanners to lift and scan (locate) items to the proper locations up on/ in the racking (very high ceilings).

I got along with all my co- workers and loved our receiving manger.
I was only there for a short while until he quit and new management took over. That is when the hours diminished to hardly anything and everything changed.
