I’ve been a CNA for 11 years and this AL facility is by far the best one I’ve worked for. When I first started 9 months ago, management offered to sponsor me to get my CMA..so I didn’t have to pay for the classes or exams. I also just recently became the corporate trainer for this location, and I’m so very honored. I’ve been a care partner and medtech here at the Landing since then, and I absolutely love it. Some days I’m administering meds, and other days I’m on the floor assisting residents with ADL’s. I primarily work on the memory care floor, but there are days I’m able to work on the other two floors ( assisted living, and transitional care) which is great, because I feel that cross training on all floors gives you more experience, and getting to know all of the residents in the facility. 

My co-workers are amazing, everyone works together and lends and helping hand when needed. Management is the best here, they’re very understanding, non judgemental, and will come out on the floor to help us if we need them. Last but not least, the residents. The reason why we’re all there to work. You learn so much from each and every one of them, their life experiences, their families, being their shoulder to lean on, to laugh with, they’re what keeps me going in this field.  As long as you have patience, and a compassionate heart, you will thrive here!

I've been at The Landing for about 5 months now, and coming here has been such a positive experience! The management team is willing to get right on the team's level and work shoulder-to-shoulder with them, which is something that is really rare and valuable to see. The team is like a family, and have all been so kind to me. A work/life balance is something that is really important to me, and the management team has also been super supportive of that as well! Excellent work culture! When I arrive at work I'm always greeted by friendly residents/staff with a smile. The management team goes above and beyond! They understand that we have a life outside of work unlike other companies I've work for. It bring me so much joy to be able to help our residents/families.

I have 24 years of experience in Care giving!! The Landing Of Bogart is the best facility I’ve ever worked in!! The company as allowed me to grow tremendously!!  I received my CNA certification, again after letting it go 16 years ago, I was also able to obtain my CMA certification as well!! The staff works well together and The management is the best!! I really love this facility!!

There is no bad!!! I love my residents and  team here!!! By far best work place, we learn and grow together! We are all family here! Always learning from the team or the residents! Best of all the residents are the most amazing people they are the ones I enjoy the most! There’s are lost of opportunities here at the landing and management are awesome with helping to better your needs and careers 





Job for you if you like to suck up and get out of work. If your a good employee most fustrating place to work with rules set at different standards to compare to who you are friends with. Rules and expectation change by the hour and dont expect anything to be done about problems. Dont expect raises or to be treated fairly or respectfully

I enjoy working here. Everyone gets along well. Ive only been here for a couple of months but it feels like home. Everyone is so sweet and if you don't understand anything someone is always there to explain what you don't understand. The managment team are organize, great communicators, and professional. You will not regret working here.
