Worked there for about 6 months and managed to see the company rotate employees about twice over. No one stays longer than a few months, and only a handful of employees have been there longer than a year, not an exaggeration. There is a reason it is like that at this company, and you will notice it from the first week you start. There is no job security, and the expectations made by the attorney are not reasonable. He believes in the bottom line and nothing else. If you are not meeting the goals, you will be fired or belittled and swayed towards quitting. The company is constantly hiring because of this reason, and there is a nonstop employee turnaround.

Attorney Daniel Kim’s devotion to grooming each employee is amazing. The work environment helps build business development knowledge and experience.  The company cultivates each employee, and provides the ideal way to learn about Car Accident liability. The Firm has the mission to protect victims of car accidents by representing victims against the responsible parties car insurance. I have had a great experience working there, and recommend the employer.

It is very stressful and management does not want to help you whenever you have an issue. Management will constantly belittle you even during the interview they will belittle you. Management thinks that they are better than anyone, and that the world revolves around them. HR is very rude and will only help you if it benefits them. They will overwork you and pay you the minimum. PTO is always being denied. Overtime is mandatory and if you don't want to do it they will fire you.

The success of your cases and clients is almost completely up to you.

Poor management, unorganized leadership, underappreciated work, pushing numbers on people.

No one in upper management has any interest in you.

Stressful, high volume, fast paced.

I’ve been with the firm for over a year now, and it’s been a fantastic journey. The leadership is incredibly approachable, and they genuinely care about the staff. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and everyone is willing to help each other out. The company also invests in employee development, offering plenty of opportunities to upskill. The only downside is that things can move very fast, so you need to stay on top of your game.

As anlegal assistant, the work can be very repetitive, and you're so busy there is little time to take advantage of the trainings offered during the day to grow further. But I heard this will change soon, so I can’t wait.

The management is very organized and clear about expectations, which makes it easier to stay on track. They also recognize hard work and reward employees with opportunities for growth. It’s a fast-paced environment, but the level of support from colleagues makes it manageable.

This is one of the best companies I’ve worked for. The office is very professional, yet the environment is friendly and welcoming. The management team is supportive and ensures everyone has the tools they need to succeed. I’ve also noticed a lot of effort is put into making sure employees are happy, with regular check-ins and feedback sessions. It’s a fast-paced environment, but I enjoy the challenge.
