I love my job. I am a supervisor at the Glendale office. Started out FD a year later was offered growth with in the company. So I love that the company offers growth and opportunities. The pay is fair. Management is fair. I appreciate my manager. She is respectful and fair. Gives credit and acknowledgment when it’s due. I learned a lot since I been there. Providers are amazing they are always willing to share knowledge and help you. Ma’s are great they are also very helpful and taught me a great deal. We have a strong team, everyone truly helps one another. We built a great relationship. Many of us have become friends outside of work. We make work fun. Patients are great and it makes my day knowing we provided great service and I was able to help and make their visit that much more pleasant. I take my job seriously so it is important to me that my team provides great service. I also love that the CEO also recognizes his employees and gives them credit when it’s due. He host company parties and events to show appreciation. I think that’s nice. The only cons if any I can think of is, I wish we had more PTO and OT available.

You learn a lot on the job when working as a Call Center Representative. My manager gives us a lot of resources to help us succeed for example, excel spreadsheets/files with info if we are unsure of something. If we cannot find certain info, we can ask without any issues. There is a lot of communication at the job and so far everyone is respectful to each other in the call center. Everyone has their own desk and everyone is basically busy on their phone calls so there really is no time to bs. As long as everyone does their job, they will be okay. My only complaint is the hourly pay, for everything we do, other companies pay between $24-$28 an hour, wish they paid more. 

Good entry level job. The turnover here is incredibly high, especially in billing department. Comments about favoritism with management is completely true, very obvious they have their favorites that they do not think can do no wrong. Company was way too worried about the wrong things, half of the computers in this department did not run properly but we were constantly told it was “too expensive” to fix. Benefits suck as well. FYI, they will take your PTO without making you aware and you do not get a payout at the end of employment, so use the PTO while you have it!!!

I've been with this company for almost 5 years now. It's a wonderful work environment, we greet you with respect, and if they sense you may be having a bad day, they do whatever it is in their power to turn it around. Being here I have grown tremendously with my knowledge and the way they teach you is a plus! I have a boss who actually VALUES his employees. Even the simple things of sending an ice cream truck in the summer for a nice treat, or the staff just because appreciation party, and lets not forget the end of the year Holiday Party.

If you want to work somewhere that clear favoritism is shown and everyone talks poorly about each other this is the job for you. The medical professionals can be very rude to staff. This job took a toll on my mental health! Supervisors were able to get away with hounding colleagues with targeted write ups that were frequent. Overall this establishment was full of bullies and mean girls. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

In the 10 years that I have been employed at The Woman's Health Pavilion I have noticed tremendous growth in my clinical and diagnostic skills, due in large part to the supportive work environment surrounding me. This work environment also contributes to the satisfaction I feel at work, leading to a low to nonexistent burn out rate.  

I have been with the company for 11 years. Our boss is amazing and cares about all of his employees. I love the flexibility and support I receive. They offer a competitive salary, and training is stellar. You don't feel pressured and they make sure you're comfortable working alone after training is complete. What matters most is they care and are very flexible. 

If you’re looking for a positive work environment keep looking..Avoid the billing department at all cost supervisors are toxic and show favoritism based on race. Worst place I ever worked u only get 3hrs per pay period, and if u call out it take away from it. No sick or vacation time or room to grow. Do yourself a favor and keep looking !!!

I've been in the ultrasound dept at The Womans Health Pavilion for a number of years now and we're a close group, more like a small family. We work quickly, competently and competitively. The salary is fair, as is the schedule. I'm very happy with my current position here at WHP.

Working for WHP I gained a lto of experience with different providers, the ultrasound department is very friendly, management is great and works with you, the overall workplace is healthy and you can grow within the company.
