No this job always keep me in fear and God is not of fear so I'm glad I'm not at this job anymore

Stressed because they allow the clients to disrespect you

The Arbor is a great place to work where you will feel like family.  This job is about helping others and being self-less so it does take a specific type of person.  The atmosphere is very collaborative and I never felt as if I  didn't have the necessary help to complete the job.  Highly recommend.

It is a fine place to work. Just want to advance in my career. Had a chance to work on dishes that I wanted to improve or create. There are no late night shifts. Six is the last dinner and am usually out no later than 6:30.

I thoroughly enjoyed working here and being around/helping other struggling with the disease of addiction. I enjoyed working overnights and doing me count- very therapeutic. I enjoyed my time being around the clients, as well as my coworkers.

I did my student practicum at the Arbor Behavioral Heathcare in Georgetown Texas. It lasted for 5 months. I learned a lot. I would recommend as a workplace.

Absolutely loved working for the Arbor. Entire team is ace. You will need strong boundaries in place to not take your work home. Management is great, but be sure to communicate your needs if feeling overwhelmed.

Less than attentive supervisors, almost no contact with direct supervisor.  Little training or procedural direction given on actual job duties for staff that works alone.  But I loved my job.

Family oriented facility that promotes from within on a regular basis.  Very nice place to work, even if the pay is low for the job at hand.  Good place to learn
