I know often whenever someone may read these reviews you may see "Job isn't what was promised" but this is more true than most jobs I've seen. TL;DR they throw you under the speeding bus of your job, not train you, then skim the top off of all your paychecks for having filled a seat with a warm body. 
The interview process was completely lackluster, I applied for a highly technical skilled position and they did not interview, let alone even ask if I was qualified, I applied on Thursday morning, was called by noon, and asked to show up for my first shift Friday without even having seen me yet or described the position. To this day I have never met my agent except by email. I had questions and concerns, and they handwaved everything saying it would be explained on the job. Two weeks into my job I learned offhandedly from a coworker that this position required Bloodborn Pathogen training, which my agency skipped in order to faster collect their paycheck-- I halted all work saying they needed to train me and they berated me for not telling them something I didn't know was required of me because they told me nothing. Even once they were placed under the iron they still tried to skip out of it, it took far too long for them to measure the quid pro quo of having a phonecall and forwarding a PDF as to whether it was really worth their time. 
Most emails to your agent fall on deft ears, or are only met with a response of "I'll get back to you" and then weeks of radio silence. Silence became the default "no" and they never told you yes on anything. 
Don't ever expect a raise from these guys. Industry tip: How most of these agencies work is: they find you (via, an indeed listing, likely a copy paste listing their original company had) then hire you, and they get a fat check to pay you hourly for 6 months, and that contract renews every six months or until they burn you out and you quit... But, there is no increase in their budget if you demand a raise, they just simply lose more money out of their check granted-- I know it seems like simple linear logic of "if you pay a person more you the company make less" but their job is literally profitable by actively working towards paying you less.  

So working at UHEALTHSOLUTIONS but going through panther my person that I dealt with through panther was good, but the management at uhealth solutions is horrible! This is a very stressful job. They train you on programs and expect you to know the program in a day. The amount of work you do is not worth the amount of money that they pay you! They micro manage too much! They are fake and claim they want you to succeed but they set you up for failure. You try to do what they ask of you and you think you’re doing things right then the next day you’re doing it all wrong. The communication sucks here as well! I would never recommend working at uhealthsolutions! They do not care about the employees which is why there is a big turnover! If they treated their employees right they wouldn’t lose so many of them! Horrible horrible job!

The pay is not worth the stress you go through. Even the hiring process was a lot! This company is a temp agency. Communication is not great and they don’t care about your concerns regarding the job you are assigned. The job I had we had to do a lot of math and phones rung back to back every day. They only allowed 1 call out per month and getting a day off was impossible. The temp agency doesn’t pay for holidays however the company i was on assignment for was paying their employees for holidays, didn’t seem fair to me. I just recommend don’t waste your time. I was let go from my assignment and promised they would find me a new job, haven’t heard back from them and it’s been a week. I don’t want to even do another assignment for them. It’s horrible! 

A company you can grow, don’t discriminate, people are like you and me, the best is they are patient with the trainees. You don’t get it, they step to the side with you until you understand, one on one with trainer if need to. They take their time to explain any process and progress, there’s no surprises, you’ll get what they offered. There’s room to grow in a field you want to, guide you step by step to get there.  Very helpful trainers and friendly besides being professionals and funny. They make you feel like family. Supervisors are the best, they don’t let you hanging or out of it. You will finish tasks with the rest of them. 

TPG is not a agency that will stand up for its employees.Situations occur in the workplace you call you recruiter and they MAY OR MAY NOT  most likely NOT to return your phone call. TPG doesn't keep their word on paydays. They tell you to submit your time by Monday to get paid on Wednesday. You ask for employment verification and they verify Wednesday as your pay day, if you dont get it then its oh well your payday isn't until Friday. I was employed there for a year. The agency told us we would be hired permanently within 6 months of employment. It never happened.

Temp to perm sounds good until you realize you’re getting hired at 12.25/ hr but by companies that over hire and fire you for the smallest things. Once terminated, you would expect they would look for other jobs for you, right? So much for being a temp agency. I even emailed my agent hoping to see if there were other positions available, mind it’s Ben quite some time since I’ve been waiting for a response back. Very poor communication for a “professional” temp agency.

I took a position to work at u health through the Panther Group and didn’t like it. The job task itself wasn’t too bad but for me it’s the people. I felt so left out and they for sure had a few favorites. Getting partnered up with other co workers through teams felt like High school all over again, talking about everything else but the job. There was no sense of belonging either. The trainer expected us to participate all the time and know things in such little time. 

My experience was wonderful knowing that I was patiently assisted with the whole process and whenever I didn't get things right, it doesn't matter how many times no one amongst the team get's mad at me. Open communication was constant to grant me access to the resources needed. Thanks to everyone in the team, The Panther Group not just by name but by kind acts of service!

Due to this being a temp agency, you are responsible for a lot of the communication if something happens with your contract (think like time off, being sick, your contract company wanting more from you, etc.). Dependent on who you are working with it can be great or tough communicating. I will say that many of the people here, once you're connected with someone, are willing to work with you if your contract isn't beneficial to you.

The Panther Group is  a (Staffing Agency) where I was hired as a contractor then offered a full time position at Maximus. I believe Maximus prepared me for the work force. With there very high call volume, I became a great Customer Service Representative who now works great under pressure. Thank you for your time and consideration. Have a great day!
