The Good
Titanium Healthcare offers a level of flexibility that's genuinely hard to find in this field. Being able to manage my own schedule has been one of the biggest perks, and I appreciate that the company accommodates different availability needs. The work itself is meaningful, and the team environment can be supportive when things are running smoothly.
The Challenges
The caseload is consistently high — often more than what feels manageable to deliver quality care. This is a significant concern, not just for staff burnout, but for patient outcomes. It's an issue that leadership needs to address more seriously.
Compensation is also a sticking point. For the level of responsibility and the volume of cases expected, the pay simply doesn't reflect the demands of the role. Healthcare workers deserve to feel fairly valued, and right now the pay scale doesn't quite match the workload.
Bottom Line
If flexibility is your top priority and you can handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment, Titanium Healthcare can work for you. But if you're weighing your options, go in with clear eyes about the caseload expectations and negotiate your compensation upfront.

If you enjoy the feeling of wanting to pull your hair out every day then, it is a perfect job for you. Every week something changes that results in more to-do and additional responsibility yet no increase in pay. The annual increase is a joke and not even noticeable on pay day. Flooded with emails, and mentally exhausted by the end of each day. I had to go on anxiety meds as a result of this job. I had to quit school and gave it a year to adjust to the demands of the job. And it’s as if one supervisor is not enough try four of them, enough to make anyone batty!!! I 

This was my first full-time job and I was completely burnt out. The company had expectations that were literally impossible for a human to complete in the time we had. I was depressed while working here. We were not given any tools to complete our work. We needed to come up with our own lists and and ways of managing case loads and the extensive needs of every single patient needed. The notes were tedious to charge insurances and that wasted so much time. This company was a disaster. We had to translate all the assessment questions ourselves as well as all the patients' answers. I couldn't believe a company like this existed. It was traumatizing working here. 

Typical day: calling your members.
I believe I learned how to be patient.
Management: favoritism.
Workplace culture: none.
Hardest part of the job: an employee cannot make mistakes cause everything is measured by the compliance team. They actively monitor all of an employees calls and If you make a mistake in documentation you will be fired after compliance does an "investigation".
Most enjoyable: interacting with my members. I've assisted many people on my case load, however, management does not care about that, they care about a person's notes being "perfect" in case they get audited.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Culture- self-care l, team work and  good benefits.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Heavy caseload. With a heavy caseload not all your clients will get the best service.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Graeat.  They are big on sel- care and taking time to decompress by giving enough PTO  to be able to do so.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Hybrid self motivated.  You work on your own minimal supervision.

This company has grown a lot throughout the years, not just in size but in experience. Management has improved, but can always make more improvements. There are constant changes, but that is the world of healthcare. The job of a lead care manager has a lot of responsibilities, which makes it difficult to provide the quality care to our members. It’s not an easy job, but it’s very rewarding. It’s also great to work with others with similar values of wanting to help people.

Amazing! Everyone is always willing to help

Making phone calls and enrolling members into the program

The leadership here is disorganized and uncaring. Management treats you like a number instead of a person. The salary is very low compared to similar job positions. I took the job because it was close to where I live. That was a huge mistake. I wasted time hoping this company would improve with the suggestions they said they wanted. They didn't. The CEO is embarrassing too. I saw him on Youtube.

Remote work is supported by supervision. There's a lot of communication.

Busy and productive throughout the day.

Titanium is a home to people who want to make a difference for the people they serve.  There is a genuine focus and appreciation for the hard work that this requires.  

I love coming to work and knowing that we are helping people each and every day.  Because we are disrupting the ordinary, the work is hard.  But the fact that it matters makes it all worth it.
