Great people to work with.  Some disorganization present. I believe they are under new management now.  Days vary on workload can see a lot and sometimes can be a small amount of patients. I worked PRN. There was some turnover noted but the people I worked with were great. Supervising physician was remote but available. If you like urgent care then this would be a great place to work but not fast paced all the time. Pay is somewhat competitive.      Not sure on the benefits because I was not eligible. Small company  to work for but had many locations.

Very few best parts, but the boss hired strong ER nurses, that was smart

Culture was good then suddenly it went down. Work environment was unhealthy

Constantly asking how to do something and never getting answers, so much uncertainty

Employees are good people. The owner and administration has zero integrity. The communication is non existent.

You never know if or when you will be paid

Horrible. Everyone feels hopeless and the providers have all quit

Horrible because they want to blame the staff for not having patients come in

A great place to work that allows our community of Conroe, Montgomery and surrounding area to have emergent medical care.  The staff are here are so compassionate and beyond efficient.  One stop shop care and ambulances are ready to transport if needed.  We make our environment a positive experience and that makes us all appreciate and respect each other to make an awesome team.

Hectic and abusive, not knowing what to expect

The company is vague in what they are really trying to accomplish, changing direction weekly - they are basically a real estate company.  The CEO/Owner is hard to understand and suppossedly has a background in managing construction, restaurants and gas stations (not healthcare).

Daily RN duties are typical of other RN jobs. I have learned a lot about the freestanding ER biz from our Facility Director, who has been amazing. My co-workers are all supportive and excel when teamwork is needed. 

There is absolutely no communication with corporate out to the centers. Every day you never know if you’re going to get let go or if they were going to pay your paycheck or expenses. Regularly didn’t pay for medical supplies for facilities. The owner is a quack.


Management has changed and the facility is thriving. Everyone is helpful with answering questions  and very easy to get along with. It is a growing family that all look out for one another.
