What is the best part of working at the company?
System is dated. Managment is very stressed and do not always communicate efficiently to assigned teams expectations. Case load is extremely high and not manageable. You will only stay current if you consistently work extra hours creating a huge imbalance on work/ life balance.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
High turnover, cases are constantly reassigned and not well managed. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Mangement states we are family but will treat employees as the unwanted stepchild.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
High volume cases above industry standard making it difficult to stay on task.

At first this job is not that bad. But after 6 months of being there they finally put me from temp to full time and just now able to get my benefits and accumulate PTO. The pay is good once you’re fully on as an employee but the work is extremely stressful. They have so many claims coming in it’s so hard to keep up with them. People keep quitting which makes the work load even worse. The management is poor and does not take things seriously and slack off themselves. If the management was better, I’d probably stay but it’s not and I’m currently looking for other jobs. Just take this job with a grain of salt.

Due to poor management Trexis does not have good retention of its employees, therefore employees are overwhelmed with work

Very poor work environment 
They’re IT department has limited resources and they’re claims department suffers from this. 
There’s always an issue with the “system”

Depending on the day, employees are subject to a different task daily

I loved and enjoyed working for Trexis. Trexis is a company where they don't feel like they have to monitor your every move as they see it in your work. I highly recommend this company

Because it's a remote job, I found that Trexis is the best

Answering all incoming calls, filing,  processing auto claims

10 years of grief … stay away from this employer .

All of it from the vehicle , equipment,IT and management .

Work Faster , nothing was ever good enough . No one was ever very happy. The personal director was the only decent one there.

Constantly arguing with managers, repair shops, pretty much surrounded by an imploding mess

Working at Trexis was stressful and made my mental health really bad. I felt like I was drowning. Calls are back to back for 8 hours a day. No time to breathe. You are timed on how long you are on each call. Customers are rude so is management. Management talks behind your back and then is fake to your face. They micromanage you heavily. Need to go to the bathroom? Well don’t because they will get mad if you do. Nothing was enjoyable I cried everyday after work. Oh also pay sucks.

Tre is insurance is by far the worst place I had ever worked for. Barely being compensated for the amount of work you do. The company uses unscrupulous agents to sell predatory policies to people who have nowhere else to turn for insurance. The most marginalized communities take policies that are doing more harm than good for them. Then, when your moral compass takes hold and you try to do the right thing, you’re given the boot. 

Laid back environment. Normal claims load with same expected goals. Training is outdated and needs to improve. If I would have not been in claims I would have been completely loss. If you’re not great in one position they will move you around. Non-standard insurance company so there are difference if you came from a standard company. It’s definitely a learning curve. 

They act as though family and work-life balance is their main priority, then let something in your life happen and they don't care. Not only did I expertise this, but watched multiple Co-workers go thru the same thing. And don't bother going to HR, they don't care either. ALL management are walking HR violations.

This company has very kind people but they have the worst claims system Ive ever seen. Casualty Adjuster are straight up over worked. Regardless if how good of am adjuster you are, you will need to work night and weekend w/o overtime pay to hang on. benefits mot that great and that two is outdated on how they handle.Super slow system and adjusters are not adequately given the tools needed to excel.
