I’m going to keep this very simple, look elsewhere. Management is the absolute worst and no support is given whatsoever. There’s absolutely no room for growth unless you know someone/ have connections.  The pay is terrible! You’d like a raise? Think again because the most you would be getting after 1yr is .56 cents. They are constantly opening new offices so be ready to travel/ work in all 5 boroughs (schedule is all over the place)! 

You get hired for a job, and get 1 million other tasks/ jobs thrown at you with no higher pay. The workload really overwhelms employees and if you ever dare bring this up to your manager or upper management you’re basically made to feel incompetent because it makes you seem like you’re not capable to do the job. 

Nothing about this practice is fair and everything is all about connections.

The only positive thing I can absolutely say is that you do get 1hr paid lunch break, other than that there really isn’t any pros/positive things about this practice. (Btw if a patient walks in during your lunch break you must take them in; so at times there will be days you’ll work an 8hr shift with no breaks at all). 

To sum up you’re honestly better off applying elsewhere and getting a job at another practice that values you. At Tribeca Pediatrics you’re nothing but a number 


For starters, I would like to say any job that hires you on the spot just know it’s about to come with some issues. First of all as a medical assistant, you are responsible for being a medical assistant, a nurse, and inventory manager. You are extremely and severely overworked. This goes for providers and support staff. Appointments are 10 minutes long shared between you and the provider to get vitals on a screaming child. Constantly getting sick no proper PPE or cleaning. Extremely high turnover rate. I worked for the company for three weeks in During that duration multiple people resigned. Training is only for two days, then you are placed on the floor to experiment with children. You will never ever leave at your scheduled time , however, it’s scheduled enough to ensure that you don’t hit overtime though. Turn over rate so high that management called me and emailed me twice since resigning. Overall stay far away. 

you will be overworked, under-appreciated, belittled, taken advantage of, excessively micromanaged, and all for a cheap wage with no actual possibility of growth. Management is the absolute biggest problem. They lead with the benefits they "offer" so you don't realize how bad their company actually is to work for, but even the PTO days get held over your head even when you give a two-weeks notice. They don't even value ppl that have worked there for years (very few ppl btw) so why would they appreciate new employees? Another easy tell of how bad their company treats employees?.., you start with about 15 new ppl training with you to end up with 3 actually staying to then find out all the current workers have been there max 1.5 years or less. Save your time and apply elsewhere. 

They  do not care about experience they just hire because they need people. Literally the worst Management and HR team ever. They are all for themselves. They do not care about your mental well being and they overwork you. no systems in place or any orders in place. My mental health has went downhill working with them and i  do not wish working here on my worst enemy. I was disrespected multiple times by my superior and no one would do anything about it. They literally fire employees without any warning or disciplinary actions. What kind of HR team is against the company’s own employees??? isn’t HR supposed to be for the employees and solving any issues that the employees have ???Please whatever you do do not work here!!!!

I should’ve known this job was a set up when I got hired over the phone. First they tell you their training you for two weeks in their Park Place location, and then all of a sudden you’re training with 5 different people in 3 different locations. The pay is decent but let’s say you didn’t want to do something, TRUST they will take their “good” pay away. Management absolutely sucks, they pick and choose who they want to punish and who they want to praise. They take your hours away for new employees, pick at everything you do wrong, doesn’t train properly, the list goes on and on. Don’t ever go to HR, they’ll use that against you as well. Moral of the review, just don’t do it, avoid at all cost. 

This job is ridiculous. Everybody there talks about each other and somehow a regional manager always finds out about it. Most of the staff be stinking and wearing the same shirts because people refuse to buy them. Holes in the shirts and all. They also hire anybody and training is 2 weeks for everything. Tribeca Pediatrics is only good for a learning experience. Other than that, they try to pretend they care but really they only care about money. 



This is absolutely the worst work experience! From the very top of the management tier, pointing fingers when things go wrong is the only way this company knows how to manage. The place is a revolving door with all their good employees leaving as soon as they get a chance and everyone left behind is miserable! 

You get short trainings and then are expected to do everything. You’re hired for one job but get ready to do the work of 20. When you can’t do the work of 20 they try to make you feel incompetent. The owner is oblivious to what happens.

Upper management micromanages and berates employees. With the executive director, you’re as good as your last mistake. Employees would be happier if the entire director team was replaced with fresh new talent and faces that actually cared about their employees. All managers there are ego driven and speak to employees as if they are children. They make it clear you’re disposable. Their health insurance also sucks and is extremely expensive for this to be a healthcare company. Most employees are unhappy and underpaid which is why there has been an influx of resignations. 

A very busy trendy Pediatric office is the Wall Street are of NY,  I learned to deal with parents and children of all ages, making sure that the proper vaccines were given on a timely schedule.  The managers were always available as well as the Pediatricians.  In NY there is lots of diversity so I dealt with all cultures, the most challenging part of the job would be the language barrier.   I had a great time getting to know families and making sure they always left feeling safe and giving the best care possible.

Take the job if you need the money right now but dnt stay and also nobody finished school here . Tribeca pediatrics is full of it they will have you working multiple locations at any time pull you from any office to handle there needs expose you to covid and not tell you that somebody at you work place hand covid so you can test you ask for over time u only working 2 hours overtime if you work 6 days if you take off work and have excuses for the absent they will fire you
