What is the best part of working at the company?
Honestly, there is nothing positive I can say about working at this company. My overall experience was negative, and I did not find any meaningful benefits or positive aspects in the workplace.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part of working at this company is the unrealistic expectations placed on employees. The workload and demands are overwhelming, making it feel impossible to keep up. There is constant pressure to meet unattainable goals, which creates a very stressful environment. At times, the pace is so intense that there is barely enough time to take basic breaks, including eating or even using the bathroom.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment and culture at this company are extremely negative. It is one of the worst places to work, with a toxic atmosphere that makes it difficult to feel supported or valued. There is a lack of respect for employees, poor communication, and constant pressure that contributes to a very stressful and discouraging workplace.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
    Long day trying to meet unrealistic expectations. Management was unappreciative and disrespectful, calling people out in front of others. Very toxic workplace—an awful experience.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience working at this company. The coordination department was a nightmare, characterized by a lack of professionalism and support. Training was poorly organized, requiring travel across multiple boroughs in one week, with minimal guidance provided by a distracted training lead.

The work environment is toxic, with employees focused on individual success rather than teamwork. There’s constant drama, backstabbing, and a culture of snitching, which creates an unbearable atmosphere. The director shows clear favoritism and often reacts unprofessionally, making decisions based on hearsay without proper investigation.

I was pressured to work unpaid overtime during my first week, and there were unethical practices encouraged by management, including falsifying patient records. Overall, this company seems to have a high turnover rate and a disregard for employee well-being. I would strongly advise against working here.

Management does not appreciate their teams. There is favoritism and you will feel so unappreciated and taken for granted. The way they are handling COVID is beyond wrong...  There is no HR and they will go back and tell everything you say to upper management. Avoid this company at all costs. There is basic health insurance and no 401K and the benefits are atrocious but the upper management acts as if you owe them your life and god forbid you voice concerns. They are ready to kick you to the curb. You have to literally be a suck up and nothing is based on work ethic or merit or the quality of your work. It is giving gifts to the managers and tattletaling. And let's not talk about the gossip and lies that people tell on each other to get ahead or be promoted or to save their own skin... lastly the people who get promoted are the employees who can barely write grammatically correct emails and lack professionalism but will feed into the gossip and step on their other coworkers. This company will literally make you want to run for the hills. 

TrueCare sells you a dream during hiring, but the reality hits immediately. From day one I encountered unprofessional behavior from management and unrealistic expectations that are demanded be met with no room for reasonable explanation. The focus is on hitting metrics and “checking boxes” rather than on doing quality work, which drains morale and undermines real care. Managers are short-tempered and run a culture where if you don’t buy into their agenda you’ll quickly be pushed out. There’s a pervasive negative energy in the department, fueled by management-driven competition between boroughs and clear favoritism for employees who flatter leadership. Be cautious — many of the glowing reviews are staged. Apply at your own risk.

I have been with True Care since late 2023. The first thing I noticed was that management was very supportive. I started off as a Team Lead from Brooklyn and have since been promoted to management all due the support and guidance provided to me by management. I really like that True Care is dedicated to helping employees grow in their roles and provide guidance on improving on a day to day basis. I enjoy working with the staff as it feels like we are a part of a family. Yes, sometimes the job is difficult but the staff here makes it easier to manage as they are very personable. I also like that we take an empathetic approach on how we deal with our patients and caregivers. I enjoy working at this agency and hope to continue providing a similar experience as mine.

I've been working at True Care for 4 years and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The company truly values its employees and provides a supportive and inclusive work environment. The team culture is collaborative and inclusive. Everyone is willing to help each other, making it a great place to work. Overall, True Care is a fantastic place to work. The positive work culture and supportive management make it a place where employees can thrive both personally and professionally. I highly recommend True Care to anyone looking for a rewarding career.

If you’re an infusion nurse don’t waste your time working for these clowns.  They promise lots of infusion cases but end up trying to push you to do UAS.  Coordinators are rude and ghetto as if they just got out of jail or something .  They have zero medical knowledge and send you cases with no information on what it is about just an address to go to , when you question it they get upset and say it’s money what’s the problem .  Pay is not transparent , no paystubs no nothing just a card they load up with money , frustrating to work for these people .  If you’re an RN look somewhere else .

I am thrilled to work at True Care, where I have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives every day. The team is incredibly supportive, and our leadership team is dedicated to our success. I've grown so much professionally and have learned valuable skills that will stay with me forever. The work environment is collaborative, and we all share a common goal of providing exceptional care. I am grateful to be part of this amazing team and can't wait to see what the future holds for all of us.


Pros: My experience at Truecare was good. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The working environment was great, I actually felt more at home here than any other place I've ever worked. The place is well kept and is always clean.
Cons: They pay very little for the work that you do. They pay as if you are just entering the working field with no prior experience. Also the benefits are not great. Promotions are hard to come by and the turn over is not the greatest, people don't stay long. 

Overall my experience was great. If they pay matched the experience I could see myself retiring with the ocmpany.

I have been with True Care since December 2019.  I started off as a scheduling coordinator from Asian team and have since been promoted to as team lead then coordination manager and this year I have promoted as Patient Admission Manager all due the support and guidance provided to me by management. True Care is committed to helping employees grow in their roles and provide guidance on improving on a day-to-day basis. I enjoy working with the staff as it feels like we are a part of a family.
