My time at USA Vein Clinics were filled with anxiety. To start off, when I first began we were promised training for two weeks but we were sent out on the floor to answer calls only 3-4 days after our first day. We barely got any training to properly take and handle the phone calls we were taking. Any training you got came from your coworkers that you were surrounded by, hopefully they knew what they were doing because if they did not you would just be out of luck. They often encourage you to ask questions and look to your neighbor for help, but then they would reprimand you for talking or attempting to help or get help for your neighbor. You could ask a manager for help but almost all of them were useless, except for maybe two. But one manager is running around the building attempting to help the other 30 reps who need help as well. And the other manager was up to her neck in her own work (not to mention that she also visited the clinics herself) that sometimes it was impossible to reach out to her for help. The nurses/receptionists at the clinic would also call seeking help setting appointments but we were told not to help them and they should stop being lazy, but it wasn't them being lazy the tools and systems we were using was legitimately trash. If you are not a quick learner and can't teach yourself, I do not recommend taking this position (or any position at this company). 

Next, the turnover rate for this job is ridiculous and almost comical. During my time (which was about half a year), just about 7-10 doctors quit the clinics. In the actual corporate office, there was a revolving door of managers and call center representatives. The main reason for the high turnover was because they did not pay you for the hours you worked. For example, if you clocked in at 7 am but the time clock clocked you in at 10 am you will only get paid starting at 10 am. Even if you did reach out to try to HR to try and correct the mistake there was nothing they could because the Co CEO didn't trust them with that info and she tried to handle everything herself. If you reach out to the Co CEO to try and correct the mistake, she would tell you that it was your fault for not paying attention and she will not fix it, meaning you just worked three hours for free. 

Finally, it never seemed that they cared enough for you as an employee or even for their patients. There were plenty of patients that would call with valid and legit concerns to their health and it never seemed to matter to the CEOs of the company. Customers would also call with complaints because we called and texted them too much. Which is true because we were told to call them a minimum of 3x a day, send one text and one email a day as well. I know this review is long but this is really how it was working at this company. If you value your own self worth I truly do not recommend working for this company.

During my tenure at USA Clinics Group, I encountered several concerning issues that significantly impacted my experience. The most glaring of these was the management style, which I found to be unsupportive and often unprofessional. The CEO’s approach, particularly, was distressing; their habit of yelling at all employees, including entry level ones, created an extremely hostile and intimidating work environment.

Additionally, the lack of basic employee benefits further detracted from the job’s appeal. The absence of paid holidays (not a single one) and the high cost of insurance, equivalent to private rates, were notable drawbacks. This lack of support for staff well-being was disappointing.

Moreover, the prevalent culture of micromanagement stifled employee autonomy and creativity. This, coupled with what I perceived as unethical practices in both corporate and clinical settings, raised serious concerns about the overall integrity and operational standards of the organization.

In summary, my experience at USA Clinics Group was marred by poor management practices, an intimidating work culture, inadequate benefits, and questionable ethical standards. This environment not only affected my professional growth but also my personal well-being.

I would never recommend this company to anyone, they make it seem like it’s improving and changing but it is not and never will. It’s sad because there is so much potential, but the CEO will never allow change as he is untrusting of every single person he works with. 

Working at USA Vein Clinic Group was one of the most stressful and disappointing work environments I’ve experienced. Training was extremely limited, and instead of actually helping employees learn, management and coworkers would constantly jump into calls, monitor screens, and point out mistakes without offering real guidance or support.
After training, you’re thrown into countless group chats and expected to figure everything out on your own. When you ask questions or need help, most people ignore you — even while listening to you struggle on live calls. There’s no real teamwork, only constant micromanagement.
Supervisors are rarely available when you actually need assistance, yet they are quick to criticize every little thing. Bathroom breaks, water breaks, and even stepping away from your desk are monitored and counted. You need permission just to leave your station, which creates an unhealthy and uncomfortable environment. Imagine having an emergency and feeling like you can’t walk away without approval.
The atmosphere is depressing, there’s little to no room for growth, benefits are poor, and PTO is lacking. To make matters worse, the CEO openly belittles management in front of the entire office, which says a lot about the company culture.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this workplace. It is simply not worth the stress and negativity.

1. Lack of Organizational Structure
One of the primary issues at USA Clinics Group is the apparent lack of organizational structure. There is often confusion about roles and responsibilities, leading to a disorganized work environment. This disorganization hampers productivity and creates frustration among employees who seek clear direction and accountability.

2. Poor Management and Leadership
The management team at USA Clinics Group often fails to provide adequate support and guidance to employees. Communication from leadership is inconsistent and sometimes contradictory, which can lead to misunderstandings and a lack of clear objectives. Furthermore, the decision-making process is often opaque, leaving employees feeling excluded and undervalued.

3. Limited Career Growth Opportunities
There are limited opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company. Promotions and raises are rare, and when they do occur, they often seem to be based on favoritism rather than merit. This lack of career progression can be demotivating for ambitious employees looking to advance in their careers.

The only reason management received a star is because it requires you to give a star. I would not recommend working here, especially not remotely. This place is a disaster, between the CRM4 constantly crashing, management constantly “reminding“ you who needs to be included in what email that A. Never gets answered, B: the response is who you should be including in the stupid email or C. You receive a condescending, arrogant, humiliating email that makes you regret emailing in the first place. The patients are always being scheduled by the clinic, and then calling you at the call center to curse you out when their appointment needs to be rescheduled because their appointment does not exist. The system is trash, there is no better way to describe it, just that it’s trash and makes zero sense. Management expects you to work for 10.00 and hour and translate appointments, as well as do everyone else’s job. The scripting is stupid and also does not make any sense, the training you get make zero sense to what you actually end up doing. They do not offer ANY benefits aside from working a terrible schedule and half hearted training. HR is very arrogant and rude, don’t expect too much help in that department. 

Run as fast as you can from this company. They do not care about any human at all!! not their workers / patients...they act like they care about their patients but in reality they only care about their money!!! Sometimes instead of scheduling 1 or 2 patients at a time, they schedule over 10 patients for the same time which makes the patients wait longer to be seen!!! then they start putting pressure on their staffs to work thrice as fast just to get the patients going. But in reality, A human being could only work as fast as his/her system will allow because they are not freaking robots!!!. They are so selfish that they would rather schedule a bunch of patients to make more money than to be sensible enough to schedule fewer patients at a time to eliminate the longer wait times and stressing the heck out of their staffs. 95% of their workers are way too overworked and underpaid except the lucky ones who are somewhat related to the owner and/or the manager !!!. Trust me this is the craziest  job you will ever come across . And oh!, They fire people anyhow without any valid reason, so be sure to have a back up plan or at least second job if you're willing to risk working here!!!!!

Don’t apply here unless you know exactly what you are doing and do not expect to be trained. The employee that was put in charge to train me was very rude and stuck up. She didn’t tell me how to do things but would get mad when I did things wrong. Her and one other employee spoke English and Russian. There were lots of times where I would feel as if they were talking about me in their language. They are just very disrespectful and mean and I did not like the way I was treated. Think about yourself when applying for jobs and how you would feel in these situations. Sometimes just dealing with it isn’t an option. It was very frustrating coming in to work and being criticized for something new every single day because either I was never taught how to do something and I made a mistake or I learned how to do something on my own and they didn’t like the way I taught myself how to do it. I just really felt out of place here. Hopefully my next job will be a lot better and have better coworkers who know the meaning of teamwork and will not try to compete with other employees!

The best part is the traveling🌈The company pays for you to fly out of town to work, they rent you a car,they pay for hotel lodging and they reimburse what you pay for food up to 50

I worked for a small clinic, my hours were never set in stone. And this company Does not offer affordable health benifits

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There are No Supervisors. Only the Doctor ,ultrasound tech, and medical assistants. Very toxic work culture. Too many females that think they are a manager. Cut throat behavior

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
If it's a large clinic you will run from the time you clock in until you leave. Not enough medical assistants in any of the states this Company is in. Too many patients not enough help

The worst company I’ve worked for ever, No paid Holidays, No sick time till who knows when, the managers aren’t even at the clinic itself and don’t know what is happening half the time and take years to respond or they’ll just leave you on seen. Will not pay you your wages at times and then make up an excuse to hold it from you. As a medical assistant stay far far away, everything in the clinic falls on you. Patients will yell and blame you for everything, they expect you to check in check out patients, assist with procedures, take information from patients in the rooms and even insurance stuff. For the pay not worth it at all and they are super shady when billing patients. STAY FAR AWAY I hope they shut the whole thing down soon.

Lots of stress, Owners putting you down and calling you names. Management does not care about anyone, only cares about their pockets. Everyone is out to get each other, no team work, no smiles, no Good morning to anyone. Its hard coming in and trying to wish yourself a good day, because the owner always blames you for the company's faults, but never see's that its his fault and the way he runs it. Micro managed. Does not have any benefits, if your on salary you cant make up a day, they deduct from your salary if you miss a day but you worked 40 hours.
