I have worked in the medical field for 9 years (including hospitals and 5 doctors offices) and this is the 1st place that actually means what they say by putting patient care first. All the staff, Including management and upper leadership, genuinely care about the quality care being provided. My manager is such a great support and she is always willing to teach and make sure that we understand what we are doing and is very attentive to the patients as well as the staff. Every patient is treated as VIP and it is extremely rewarding to see how we have made and continue to make an impact in each persons life. The environment is very professional yet very warm and friendly. A big deal for me, anywhere that I work, has been having the opportunity to grow and working here, I have seen and experienced that, this is their goal. They actually want to see everyone progress and enjoy working for this company which I can firmly say, I do.


Working at American Vascular Center has been a generally positive experience. The workplace is professional and fast-paced, with a strong focus on patient care and clinical efficiency. The staff is knowledgeable, and many coworkers are supportive and willing to help, especially when learning new responsibilities.

Management sets clear expectations and emphasizes maintaining high standards for patient safety and service. The environment can be demanding at times, particularly during busy clinic days, but it’s a good place to gain experience in a medical setting and develop skills related to healthcare operations and teamwork.

One of the strengths of American Vascular Center is the opportunity to work alongside experienced medical professionals and see the direct impact of your work on patients’ lives. However, the workload can feel heavy at times, and scheduling or communication could be improved in certain areas.

Working for Vascular Centers of America has been the best decision I’ve made! I just celebrated 2 great years at this company and was recently promoted from Practice Manager to Senior Practice Administrator.  Your hard work and dedication is acknowledged! Working under amazing leadership is a plus! They have great communication skills and  provide vision for your success. 
The clinical staff, NP, Nurses and Medical Director provide excellent patient care, they’re compassionate and empathetic to each and every single patient. To hear patients feedback about the quality of care, makes it all worth it!

I worked with Vascular Centers for almost 2 years.  The team was fantastic and really care about the patients and their health goals.  The CEO and management really care about treating PAD and preventing limb loss.  I've experienced staff members going above and beyond to accomodate patient and client needs to treat PAD in all forms.  The patients are treated better than any organization I've ever worked.   The company is innovative and is growing in a unprecedented fashion in this field.   As a team we were able to overcome whatever challenges arose and everyone's input and opinions are heard and validated.   I would recommend this job to anyone who would like an unique experience centered around patient care.  

Vascular Centers of America has been an absolutely wonderful work environment with strong leadership in both clinical supervision and upper management. The atmosphere is upbeat and very patient focused. The staff is driven with impressive clinical knowledge. Everyone works extremely well together due to their passion and enthusiasm for vascular care. Upper management is always available for support and navigating through any issues that may arise. The company is growing rapidly because of the tenacious leadership and dedicated staff. VCA has been nothing short of a fabulous opportunity with unending expansion in our future!

VCA provides a great environment for nurses to use their critical thinking and clinical skills on a daily basis. The staff supports one another and provides a fun day to day experience. It's a great transition for nurses who have worked bedside for many years and are looking for a change of pace while utilizing their skills. I was welcomed with open arms and was able to grow professionally and personally. I highly recommend to anyone interested! 

Worked hard everyday, and didn’t feel like it was enough. Management was very one sided, if she liked you, you were in if not very hard to work there. I learned that my hard work was never appreciated. If you weren’t from their culture you were eventually let go and their kind was hired, even at a very very young age. Hardest part was you never felt like part of their crew. Most enjoyable part were the few very good friends I made while working there.

VCA is a great a company to work for. The upper management are knowledgeable, supportive, and great role models. All patients, and their families, are treated like VIP and are given the best quality of care. The staff work great as a team and thrive for success. All ideas are welcomed and encouraged. Hard work also does not go unnoticed and bonuses are given from time to time. I have worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years, and this is the first company that I have the pleasure of working for and I look forward to its future growth and success. 

Working here the ownership just cared about money and not patient care. They had  no clue on the local market. They have tarnished relationships with potential clients because of aggressive sales behavior. It would be hard to be successful as a sales rep because of ownership’s reputation. They will also require you to work during vacation. Business operations does not even know about the services the company offers and really neither did the owner. Like I said they just care about money and not patients.
