A typical workday consists of balancing multiple projects and tasks, managing and cooperating with multiple teams, and handling communication between upper level management. Cross collaboration is mandatory, and being flexible is a necessity to succeed here. 

There is a "fail fast" approach taken to things which can, at times, be fairly taxing. However, it is also a fairly flat org where your immediate superior is basically a decision maker, so voicing your displeasure is heard. 

All in all, a great company to work for.

There was a time when it was very much the coolest place to work.  Unfortunately, much has happened since I worked there, including two mergers, two major CEO changes, and a lot of people jumping ship.
When I started there, it was a bit like a frat house, which has now changed, but also, with the changes from COVID and a new CEO, the vibe has changed.  It wasn't as fun to come into work, and frankly, how the handling of certain things wasn't done well.

I got a golden opportunity to Intern with VeriShip for 6 months. I was a Data Scientist Intern here. It was a great opportunity to learn big data technologies and very strong Agile practices 

VeriShip is very rich in it's culture and values. I would say if you join VeriShip, you can not wait to go back to work next day. This is the place were you learn, contribute and grow continuously with endless opportunities.

My training was through Skype because they had no one available to train properly. People would go home for the day and nothing was ever organized. They would call meetings at the end of the day when you had already clocked out. There was minimal accountability.

It's a great place to work.  Fast Paced.  Must be able to work and communicate across departments.  Ability to ask for help and lend help when needed.

Very unorganized company. Lack of communication between upper management. Lack of commitment to employees. The attitude to a colleagues is very unprofessional.

Interns learn a lot and get experience in a office. Veriship audits for businesses that have shipping with ups and fed ex. We audit any late packages and get money back for our clients.

Plenty of opportunity to work on complex problems and solve them in interesting ways. The people at this company really make it worth coming to work every day.
