This place was draining, mentally and physically. No matter what you do, they always ask for more with no compensation. Management is a joke and they do not listen to your concerns. It's all about who you know and not what you know there. The turnover rate for patient coordinators and medical assistants speaks for itself.. And the fact that people who've worked here for 15+ years have been leaving. You would think they would change their ways by now so they aren't permanently short staffed, but I think they are in denial about why they can't keep employees. I hope something changes because the doctors are phenomenal and it sucks that they, and patients, are ultimately impacted by this.

Oh, and the insurance they offer is AWFUL. You're almost better off just being self-pay. 

Solid company to work for. Entry level positions (Call Center, Front Desk, Medical Assistant, Billing) are available to get experience. Upper level positions are there (though scarce) and the company values promoting from within as much of the administration has been there for many years. As with any job, if you’re interested in moving up, do your job, do it well, request feedback, and make it known to anyone in management that will hear you. They aren’t mind readers.
The insurance benefits could use significant improvement. Solo coverage is fine given that many companies have high deductible plans now but having anyone other than yourself on insurance is horribly expensive. 

being a medical assistant there was awesome the doctors were great the patients were lovely but then I decided to move into the business department patient coordinator and that was the worst experience ever management there was horrible the reviews above are absolutely correct when it comes to being a patient coordinator or working in the business office

My job is very lackluster just sat at a desk and took temps and asked a couple questions. My manager was the best manager I've ever had at any job ever, very understanding and even let me do my school work and worked around my school schedule. However, the staff are weird and off putting people they don't speak to anyone else besides each other and are often rude at times. The patient coordinators are great though. The hardestpart of my job were the people who didn't want to wear a mask , i was just doing my job. 

If you're experienced and smart, don't work here! There are very few RNs, most are MAs or LPNs. The ones that are RNs are condescending and treat you like a threat. The staff is very cliquey, and openly exclude you from conversations, junior high attitudes. Some of the doctors are great at teaching, but most don't have the time of day for you. They treat the patients like royalty, and the staff as servants. The NPs are worse then the doctors! As an RN you will not get any respect or compensation that you've earned for your experience. Don't waste your time.

They don't care about their employees or patients. They lie about training time and advancement opportunities and treat their employees with such little respect. The pay is not worth the awful insurance, the micro-management, the bullying, cattiness, heartlessness, from peers and management. It is so poorly organized and managed as a company. They are unwilling to work with you when personal tragedies occur, will hire out before advancing someone from within-even after expressing interest- and are stingy.

My duties included triaging patients, order tests and getting precerts.  Drawing blood and obtaining urine specimens. Processing specimens for reference labs, performing urine micros, preg tests, reading wet preps and simple chemistry test and kit testing.

I ordered supplies for the lab. ran the quality controls and maintain proper logs that were needed for the lab.

I wouldn't recommend working at this place to even my ENEMIES! The "management" is CATTY, they don't follow their own rules, they lie in their interviews and they are never held responsible for anything they do wrong! The doctors are great but the practice itself, only cares about making money! They don't care about their staff at all! You will be bullied, you will be micromanaged and you will not be given opportunities to grow unless you're their friends. IT'S AWFUL.

Long, boring work days spent in front of a computer where you are not allowed to do anything else when it is slow. Get yelled at for everything that is not your fault. New employees are not given training needed, and put on their own with limited resources available way too soon. Overall, not a bad place to work because of the good pay and benefits.
