A typical workday included working accounts from a spreadsheet that is emailed to you. Sometimes the spreadsheet isn't received readable there are accounts on there that may have been worked the day before and there is nothing that you can do with the account because it's too soon. You are rarely given all of the tools that are necessary for you to effectively do your job. The management teams stresses the staff out with productivity standards which creates a low quality of work for high quantity of accounts. Management does not respond timely or well to emails if you even get a response at all. The management team is very catty they read your messages and monitor the time you spend in the breakroom getting coffee or going to the bathroom. I truly think Visualutions would be a great place to work if they would just get a whole new management team. Almost all of the people employed are related so there is no accountability  system for them. Lots of talking down to the staff.

Everyone is treated as if they are children. Micromanaging at its finest. They took away the ability to let their staff wear headphones even though they don’t speak to customers or anyone else. No one is aloud to communicate with one another even if it’s work related. If you get caught talking they come to investigate by standing there staring until you finish your conversation, again even if it’s work related. They sell you during the interview stating it’s a big family environment and it’s a Christian company. The first day on the job, they sat me down and put me straight to work with no training. No one bothered to show me where the restrooms were, the break room, introduced me to no one. Very unprofessional. In the RCM department it’s all about how many tickets you work per day and not about accuracy. They just want to get charges out with no worry of it being correct or not. They also do not promote within the RCM department. Every other dept. seemed to promote within at this company except them. They go out of their way to make you feel terrible. It’s very tense. 
It was like clocking in to prison every day.

They will say on one hand that they love their jobs and everyone is family, and on the other hand to never trust anyone. Don’t trust anyone. This was the most toxic job I have ever had. I have never seen so many managers sick from stress. They promote flexibility, but then will talk poorly about you when you do it…while management does it themselves. Everything here is so hypocritical it’s insane. You’ll get PTO, and never be able to use it because you’ll have meetings. They’ll call you when you do actually take off. They will never take the managers side even when the employee is wrong. Their billing practices are terrible. I’ve never seen so many things be so noncompliant. They do things on behalf of the customers and never ask the customers what their opinion is. This is why their customers are dropping like flies. 
The benefits are fine. The PTO is good. The pay was great, but not for the hours you work and expectations that are impossible to meet and the chronic illnesses you’ll likely gain. 

Company overall is Great. Owners are very nice people. All other departments seems like a family, but the RCM department is like being in Prison. They claim to be Christians but don't show that. You cant do nothing so many restrictions like your a kid, but they expect you to work hard and extra to help them out with extra work. They don't promote from within, They hire people on the outside with no experience versus promoting someone within. Management barely communicates with you nor speak unless they need your help. They stand in corners and watch you, very weird. They took away earbuds because they say employees need to focus, so know you have to listen to 1000 other things going on in the offices, oh but one person is allowed to were their earbuds but no one else can. The overall company is good The owners really do a lot, but The RCM managers give a bad name to this department.

A former employee with many years of healthcare experience in both office and hospital. Nice owners and IT staff. Revenue Cycle coworkers are nice. Management shows visible favoritism and if they don't like you they will eventually treat you badly enough to fire you or make you want to leave - it has happened to nearly 10 people over the past year since last July. Very arrogant. These people know your experience, they hire you then they tell you everything you've learned from bigger, better places over years is all wrong and that they know it all because they know FQHC. Healthcare procedures and regulations are the same and they make mistakes. Bad attitudes, arrogant and rude. The vets are looking to leave now too. Take the advise and look elsewhere not here.

Terrible place to work. The RCM department is a joke. The turnover rate is RIDICULOUS. I worked there for over a year and witnessed at least 20 employees including a director, a manager and 3 supervisors come and go. The micro managing is the worst I've ever experienced. I finally found a better career opportunity, gave my 2 week notice and what do you know? Laid off without pay not even a full 2 DAYS after I had given notice. Of course not before I had to train leads and a manger how to do my job and create how to training documents. They used me and drained me mentally and emotionally. They're heartless yet they claim to be Christians and I would NEVER reccomend this place to anyone. This is the most unprofessional workplace I've ever been at with absolutely no structure, poor training and horrible gossipy management

This job was one of the most unorganized, toxic unprofessional place I have ever worked. The pay was good but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The “family” mindset is bogus. There is very little support or training. Lack of accountability from upper management and lower management is micromanaged. No team mindset mentality and very cliquish with Management. If you use your PTO it is frowned upon and will absolutely get reprimanded. Managers have to clock in and out and have an assigned lunch. The blind leading the blind. There are no tools to develop success. I warn you no matter how good the interview goes do not accept a position at this job. Give it a few months when they show their true colors you will be sorry. 

I've been with Visualutions for nearly 5 years and truly enjoy my job and the work I do. The majority of my coworkers are friendly, and the workplace has a calm atmosphere. I have no personal ties to the owners or leadership—I’m simply a dedicated, hardworking individual who takes pride in delivering my best every day. Visualutions is a company that values its employees and their families, offering great compensation and support. Working at the corporate office is a pleasure, and while no workplace is perfect, I approach each day with positivity and a commitment to excellence. I’m confident in my abilities and let my work speak for itself, without relying on others for validation."

I enjoy the work I do individually and I am happy to be part of an organization that helps patients of Federally Qualified Health Centers. I have learned a lot about FQHC billing and coding in the time I have been employed here and believe the majority of my coworkers are very knowledgeable and do good work. I feel that the organization and communication within the RCM department can be improved on. Sometimes work assignments and priorities/deadlines are unclear. I do believe management is on the right track with the changes they are introducing. Naturally, some are resistant to change but I have a feeling most complaints come from those that are now realizing they can't come and do whatever they want while they are on the clock.

I love this company and have been able to grow tremendously during my time here. While it is not without its faults, what I've found is that most employees have an opportunity to contribute to and help strengthen the weaknesses.

As a small family-owned company, they have seen significant growth over the past five years, and naturally, there have been growing pains associated with that growth. However, the owners genuinely care about people, and if you've ever really needed someone to be there, they generally are.

The supportive environment and the genuine care from the leadership have made a significant impact on my professional journey. I am proud to be part of a company that values its employees and continuously strives to improve.
