After reading some of the negative reviews on her, I was shocked and wondering if the reviews were actually for a different company. I have never worked for another company that cares about their employees the way that WPC does. 

WPC provides so much time off for their employees and we work very hard to ensure that people are taking the time off to enjoy their home life. We provide coverage for the people that are out on PTO so when they come back, they can pick right back up and continue on without having to play catch up. 

The management at WPC truly cares about their employees and giving them the tools that they need to succeed and be efficient in their daily tasks. When an employee is struggling or feeling overwhelmed, there is constant communication from management asking what they can do to help, or other team members will jump in and help each other out. It is a real sense of being part of a team and actually a real family atmosphere.

While it is mostly remote positions, WPC is very willing to work with the employees for whatever life throws at them, while still maintaining the integrity of the business. After all, it IS still a job and there are requirements that have to be met as there are at any other employer that you work for. 

We have team meetings, and team engagements throughout the week so that people do not feel like they are alone on an island and to also take some of the pressure off of our daily duties and give yourselves a breather. This makes the work environment a fun place to be.

The owner is an incredible person that truly cares about his employees and gives back to all of us while still maintaining a professional workplace for us all. 

To sum it up, WPC is a truly exceptional company and there is no other place I would ever choose to be. I am thankful every day for being given the opportunity to be a part of the WPC family.

My time at WPC was marred by an atmosphere poisoned by deceptive management practices, leading to an utterly toxic workplace environment. From day one, it was evident that the promises and the reality were worlds apart.

Management's deceptive tactics were pervasive, from hiring promises to day-to-day operations. What was sold as a supportive and collaborative culture turned out to be a breeding ground for mistrust and discontent. Commitments regarding work-life balance and employee welfare were consistently disregarded.

The lack of transparency in decision-making only exacerbated the toxicity. Major changes were imposed without rationale or consideration for employee well-being, fostering a sense of uncertainty and insecurity among the workforce. Attempts to seek clarity or voice concerns were met with indifference or, worse, retaliation.

Moreover, the communication breakdown between management and the team cultivated an environment where fear and anxiety prevailed. Honest conversations were discouraged, and any dissenting voices were stifled, contributing to an oppressive atmosphere.

In conclusion, WPC suffers from severe management issues that have cultivated a toxic workplace culture. Prospective employees should approach this company with caution, as the gap between promised values and actual practices creates a distressing and unsustainable work environment.

WPC understands that life happens. I never have any problems asking for a day off. In fact, management encourages employees to take their time off. The benefits are FANTASTIC! After working 90 days they give meTHREE weeks PAID vacation, 2-3 floating holidays, as well as the major holidays off. I also received a sign on bonus! The pay is competitive, the management treat you with respect and are always available when you need them. WPC is big on being a team player which is lovely! The workload is manageable and if I ever feel overwhelmed, WPC management as well as my coworkers are only a phone call or Teams chat away to help. You are never alone, stuck trying to figure something out which is a rare quality to find in a company. WPC is patient and understanding. They were patient in training me and they never just threw me in to sink or swim. Overall the management as well as the owner, value their employees. I love it here!

However, the work environment was great, it was a breath of fresh air to be able to focus solely on the warranty aspects instead of the multiple job roles associated with working inside a dealership. They've kept to their promise of a work/life balance. WPC management is supportive with training, concerns, and questions the staff may have. The company allows for growth in knowledge, as well as in job roles. With the benefits and time off provided, you can tell the owner cares for their employee's wellbeing. Customer service and quality of work performed are a focal point for the company which I love. Overall, I could not be happier with my switch to WPC from the dealership and could not imagine working for a better company!

Everyone is very overwhelmed and no one knows what is going on. I have never been so micromanaged in my life. Things change daily. Someone will tell you something one day and the next day it is something else. I truly loved it at first but I noticed that I was getting the run around after the first month. They will throw everything at you at once and expect you to know it right away. Constantly being told I was not meeting expectations but never got the exceeded amount of claims to be a successful warranty administrator. I constantly had to ask for work and was stuck in training for 4 months. (The amount of time I was with them) I was always open to learn new things but was never trained properly. Overall, you are under paid and you will be ignored if you are found annoying (:

This company states they pay lower then their competitors due to a better work life balance. However you will work 10 sometimes 12 hour days to keep up. Turning warranty for many dealerships and tracking all their messes. They put on a good front pretending to be supportive and caring but when you really need help that can be used against you. The bottom line you can't trust these people. It's too easy for people you can't look in the eye in person to treat you bad and avoid the situation at hand this goes for the employer and the dealerships you will be working with.

Prior to WPC, I was working at another warranty company where I was under paid, underappreciated, and expected to work ridiculous hours on a regular basis. As soon as I started with WPC, I could immediately tell that this was a company that cared about its employees as well as its clients. They have done an amazing job of eliminating the crossover of work into my personal life and it’s great knowing that all business is going to stay within business hours. Management provides in depth training allowing staff to feel more confident in their positions and comfortable reaching out for help when needed. This is by far the best company I have ever worked for.    

Having previously worked in the dealership world and then with two other remote warranty companies, I can easily say WPC is the best company I've worked for in my 16 years in the field. They value their employees and encourage a home/work life balance that's unprecedented in this industry. Everyone works together as a team to not only grow the company, but to grow team members as well. Learning new DMS's and car lines is encouraged and management is thorough in their training processes. I truly can't say enough good things about this company and I feel very lucky to have found a home here.

A typical day at work for me is going through all the dealers assigned to me and giving the best service to my dealers. I have learned new methods and information to further my knowledge in the dealer brand to better help my role to my dealers. Management is always reachable, which is a huge plus. WPI has made me feel so valued and welcomed. The team is very supportive and knowledgeable. The hardest part of my job is keeping a good pace to get through my dealers. The most enjoyable part, is fulfilling my duties to the get the most amount of payment for my dealers.
