I started working with way to stay almost three years ago as a caregiver. I was shocked to find out that they would pay your drive time when you have more than one client in a day. I have seen while working at this company all sorts of flexible hours, days, nights evenings, and even 1 hour shifts to 12 hour shifts. The clients that you work with are always so sweet and you really learn to grow a connection with each and everyone of them.- the staff working at way to stay has always been understanding about any situation that may come up and is able to work with you for whatever you needs may be. There has always been someone on staff able to answer the phone day or night or even on the weekends, which has been very convenient being that there are shifts even on the weekends that you’re able to pick up and work. Overall, I would give this job a 10 out of 10. 

Way to Stay is a family oriented company. They appreciate their employees a lot and help on any way possible. I enjoy working for this company because I am a person, not a body to fill a position. I recommend working for this company because you can pick your hours and shifts. Part time, full time, whatever you need. It's a great company to work for. They give you On the Job training at every place you go to, and you will be updated from the previous shift if needed. Communication is #1 with everyone. 

The hours are so ridiculous for one and for second ! If your late or miss any shift your schedule is reset and have to get new clients and a new schedule which is DUMB we literally stay on the phone with the person who sets schedules for 30 minutes trying to get 20 hours . Shifts are about 1-2 hour long per day so if you want to get your hours in you have to do a lot of driving and on top of that having 6 clients a day trying to reach for a pay check . Worst I mean WORST job I’ve ever worked at 

The company is a horrible company to work for. They don't care if you have any training or a back ground in this field of work. They promise you raises and never follow through. they promise extra trainings and never did. Trying to get a hold of anyone in the office was a fight.

I have been with Way to Stay  about 4 years.  The management is fair and wants us to succeed.  They not only care for the clients but for the employees   Pay and benefits are competitive. They work with your schedule and also give you an opportunity for growth. this is the most rewarding position I have ever had in my many years of employment 

I have grown in the company over the last 5 years. I find my job rewarding because I get to help people and I've always had a passion for helping others. From being a caregiver myself to helping others grow in their passion as a caregiver. I enjoy meeting new caregivers and building relationships with them.

Great place to work if you need experience as a CNA. Not enough hours. They do try to get you to work on days you specifically told  them you can’t. Other than that they’re ok. Really depends on who you get as a client. Mostly helping with ADLs and medications, cleaning, etc. pretty laid back. 

I was appreciative of the opportunity but the wages weren't great and they don't pay gas or mileage unless you are moving between clients.  I drove 50 miles one way to work and it did not pay.  They don't care if it is a blizzard out and you have to drive that 50 miles either.

They started out as a great company but when you go to drop your hours a little so you don't burn out they will punish you and drop your hours all together. Than the scheduler is not a nice person and will talk down to you and will not work with you

I love this company and my clients.  They take time to get to know you and try to find good fit for you client wise.  The owner is amazing and if you have any issues you can call her directly.
