I worked in a SNF in Redding and moved. l
was able to keep my job and benefits, so that is why I tranferred to Yuba. I was able to keep my job , but the Yuba City facility was intolerable.  And I quit only after a few months of working there. It was overpopulated for amount of staff, it Is supposed to be English only, but mostly everyone speaks Punjabi and if you don't know Punjabi, you don't know what the staff is saying to each other.  There is a lot of drama and pettiness. They paid well but you work to earn it. They yell at you if you don't get something done, but they continuously add more to your plate.  The Location I worked at in Redding was so much better!! The administration was amazing and kind, and they always treat employees well.

Administrator is cheap and doesn’t respect or care about the employees. She treats everyone as if they don’t matter and are easily replaceable. No praise for the hard work done.  Micromanaging and disrespectful to staff. Speaks bad about other appearances to other management. Took away Christmas bonuses to increase her own company earned benefits for cutting corners and “budgeting”. Westharbor used to be a decent company to work for before she came in to clean house of all the old employees who were there originally to replace them with her colleagues from other facilities. The patient care of the residents is embarrassing. 

Company takes a smart thought out approach to growth and cares about its employees.  Great work life balance, good benefits.  Understanding and flexible.
