Westbay has been the best work experience I've had in over 25 years of being in the workforce. It's truly a community within a community. Throughout the COVID pandemic our management proved that they are not only here for people in need, but they're here for their employees (who also have tough times) too. 
Westbay understands the importance of family and is as flexible as possible when family needs arise. The culture is fluid, changing to adapt with the climate as needed. 
Westbay is on the move and is an agency that continues to grow. I enjoy my work - every day brings a new challenge - and every day brings a new opportunity to help someone else.

There are serious concerns about the integrity and culture of this place. Questionable practices seem commonplace, including an alarming number of procedures and an environment that values shortcuts over work ethic. The culture is TOXIC, staff are pressured for positive reviews the moment you walk in, and negative reviews mysteriously disappear, raising more concerns about manipulation. Leadership doesn't appear interested in constructive feedback; instead, there are stories of retaliation and deliberate efforts to make employees miserable until they leave. The revolving door of staff speaks volumes. If you're considering this place you can absolutely do better.

The favoritism here is disturbing. Workers will literally not do their job and no consequences will be brought upon them because they’re so cliquey here. If you are a newbie, forget it you won’t last. The turnaround for these positions speak volumes- they constantly are hiring because most people don’t stay. Be prepared for a gossip high school setting and don’t even bother expressing your concern to the higher ups they will literally gaslight you. 

It sucks this place is supposed to be helping those in need, while most workers there couldn’t care less it’s absolutely atrocious. 

It wasn't so bad when I first started working. However, as time went on, the micro management became blatantly clear, and favoritism is profound at this company. If they don't like you, they will not offer you better quality work or a hybrid schedule. They don't allow you to talk to your peers and they watch everything you do. Company starts work at 8:30am and God forbid you arrive 5 minutes early. It's a death sentence if you arrive 2 minutes late. The company 100% needs new administrative representatives. 

I did research to help veterans find benefits that are available to them within the area. I searched online for resources and put them on the website. Management and coworkers were very nice and helpful when needed. The hardest part of the job was making sure that I had enough information and contact information for veterans who were searching for any particular resources. The most enjoyable part of the job was knowing that I had a part in helping our military veterans.

I love working at Westbay! It's never a fight to get me to come to work in the morning - I have no plans to leave unless an opportunity for growth comes up that I simply can't pass up. Everyone here pitches in to get the jobs done. The flexibility allows for us to be present at times of need with our families as well.

Be prepared to get in the clique if you want to benefit from working here. Management stood in front of the entire office and talked about how they make employees feel uncomfortable until they quit so they don’t have to go through the process of firing them. 

No 2 days are ever the same.  Fast paced, days go by very fast.  My manager is very open and approachable.  I am only looking to move on because I want to move out of state.  If it was not for that I would stay, no question.  No other company have I worked for where the CEO knows everyone's name and what their exact job title is
