I have worked at WK for just over one year. I held different positions during this time, as there is incredibly opportunity for growth within the company. I have always felt encouraged, both in my professional development and my personal life. I have attended seminars, learned about my field directly from top attorneys, and grown my business network while being employed here. 
The workplace culture is fun-loving. It truly feels like a family. Above all, our staff is made up of driven, goal-oriented individuals. Everyone works hard and plays hard. 
Hardest part of the job: Work in the legal field is always fast-paced and often stressful.
Best part of the job: The effects of workplace stress are mitigated by the wonderful relationships I have established at this company. 


My main issue with this workplace was the lack of training and issues with communication with attorneys. The attorney I was assigned to went from praising my work, to accusing me of insubordination for a mistake that the attorney made. The firm is set up to prioritize attorneys over staff, so regardless of the praise I received at the beginning of my work there, I was told that I was the reason for work falling behind and management sided with the attorney. For reference, I lasted 6 months. The person who filled the role before me lasted 6 weeks, and every 4 months or so, I get alerted that they are hiring for the same position. I would not recommend anyone work there. It is not a good environment.

To preface, I quit my position. This company runs with as minimal staff as possible, expect nearly impossible workloads completed, all while paying about what you can make at a decent coffeehouse. The insurance is free but you'll need it with all of the stress and grief this job will give you. It's not worth your health to try and work here, the biggest struggle is to get everything done the owners expect with the skeletal staff they provide. Turnover is crazy because people are terminated for almost anything and the others realise this place is not worth the meager pay. Stay far away from this company.

As a personal injury paralegal the type of work changes daily.  Writing, case accounting, records collection.  Even in a satellite office - workplace culture is totally inclusive.  The most enjoyable part of the job is managing a case from the beginning to the end.  Receiving an injured client and walking them through the process of healing thru settlement is gratifying to me.  Co-workers have become family.

The hardest part of the job is what I call fire drills.  When working on a case and you are totally enthralled, then a phone call, or client drops in and needs attention, returning to the previous case takes some time to re-focus.

Working at WK has been great. I really enjoy working in an environment that promotes productivity, acknowledges hard work and dedication, and allows you to grow in your career. The work can get stressful at times but that is to be expected. There is a family atmosphere and the people are great. They truly care about their employees and will take care of you if you are willing to put in the work that is expected. 10/10.

Overall, I have had a fantastic experience within my position.  I have had growth moving from one position to another.  I enjoy being around my co-workers and coming to work everyday!


I highly recommend working here! They are very good with accommodating needs to your schedule or if you have appointments. The environment is also great and you become very close with the people you work with. Management is great and cares about needs and working around whatever you may need if you are having things go on in your personal life or if you have two jobs.  I also love that you can work your way up from any position you have and coworkers/ managers will help you if you are still learning your job position. 

I started with Wettermark Keith almost 5 years ago in the Social Security department doing initial interviews for new applicants. I quickly moved up to a medical records clerk in the personal injury department. A little while later, I was promoted to a paralegal position. I feel appreciated here for a job well done. It is hard work, but if you keep your head down and do your job, as with any career, you will be rewarded. The staff here is great and I have made lasting friendships on top of working for a company that will be around for the long haul.

They give you the cases and the tools to work them. Deep knowledge base of helpful attorneys, as well as paralegals with expertise in all manner of medical billing/subrogation. There aren't many performance expectations (because they seem to hire already-driven attorneys), but the few performance expectations they have are reasonable, and they'll bend over backwards to help you get there.

I would recommend working at Wettermark Keith to anyone.  The work environment is fast pace and competitive, but all the staff works together as a team to complete any tasks necessary.  The company gives you the tools and training necessary to complete your job, no questions asked. They offer competitive pay, free insurance, and great benefits, including PTO, way above the standard of other companies that I have worked for in the past..  They expect you to do your job and work your required hours.  No more, no less.
