I have previously worked for mobile med in Vacaville, CA. let me just start off by saying this place is nothing but a hostile environment! The employees are very unprofessional they are lazy and they get an attitude when they are told to swab most of them look like they rolled out of bed the others are wearing super tight scrubs,  super long nails filled with bacteria and flirt with all the CO’s. All the employees do is talk about each other in front of the customers. The site leads are very unprofessional as well, they talk about their employees in their emails and texts. Only listen when they want to, will brush any issues off that has been brought to their attention.  there is no growth in this company they pick and choose who they want to move up. The site leads and managers don’t go by seniority they go by favoritism AKA If you’re a young male or their best friend.  Working at mobile Med I realize that this company doesn’t Appreciate Their day one Employees , working here has been nothing but a stressful day at work. If you were thinking about working for this company THINK TWICE. There is no growth in this company. The only growth you’ll get with this company is $1 raise until they don’t need you anymore. you’ll get no clinical experience what so ever,   the only experience you’ll get is TRAUMA. I also forgot to mention the site leads are never on site and give all their tasks to the MA’s and take all the credit for it. Mobile med needs to do better

Driving almost 45 minutes everyday to this job site to be humiliated by the employees and the managers. 
I moved up pretty fast in the beginning working here I thought it was going to be a great job opportunity to even move up into HR, but boy was I wrong. Wrong for even wanting to move up in this unstable and unorganized company. 
The company would come up with new PPE guidelines almost every other week. Most of the time some of the employees wouldn't know who to reach out to when having an issue because the chain of command was constantly changing. 
I thought accepting a higher role in the company was going to be great because of the increase in pay but it just resulted in major stress to the point where I was very unhappy going home upset and devastated everyday. 
Management would constantly be breathing down my neck telling me how I need to be more strict with the employees but every time I wanted to implement some form of repercussion I was told I couldn't do it. 
You get no benefits working for this company I tired myself reaching out and asking at least why they wouldn't give us benefits and they didn't even bother to reply. 
Working for this company has been a major migraine due to the constant change in management and no one knowing any answers when questions are asked.

No positive feedback only negative feedback, pays the person with many years experience the lowest paid but pays a tweaker the highest pay! They promote people with no experience and have no idea what they're doing. There's no chance for promotion and the people that they do promote have no clue how to run a team. I have never worked for a company this bad! You can't get overtime, but if you do they pay one and a half times which isn't bad. Most days people don't even want to come to work most days. Since working for this company I have seen upper management three times in 4 months, and one of the times was to attack an employee for doing something they didn't even do! Don't bother working for this company! The people are rude, judgmental, and will attack you any chance they get. The employees are unprofessional, sit around and cuss all day, and talk about people, but if somebody else cusses or says something they instantly tell on them! Leads play favorites and will ignore inappropriate behavior from one staff member but when another one that they don't like does the same thing they run and tell upper management because they don't have the skills or maturity to deal with it.

This employer falls significantly short in treating their employees with the respect and stability they deserve. Known for frequent layoffs affecting not just temporary staff but also regular employees, the company’s approach to job security is disheartening. Benefits offered are far from competitive, and the organization's financial management raises concerns, particularly in its habit of approving new positions only to eliminate them later due to budgetary constraints. This practice is particularly troubling for individuals who leave secure jobs for what they believe will be a better opportunity, only to find themselves in a precarious situation. 

The company’s environment is notably unstable for anyone not in a directorial position or higher; those at managerial levels or below are perpetually at risk. For anyone considering a role with this company, it should be seen as a temporary solution at best. Accept if you must, but continue your job search for a more secure and respectful workplace. This is not the destination for anyone looking to establish a long-term career and grow within a company.

 I worked for this company and it was the biggest joke I could of done. 
For starters, this company has no idea how to manage anything. They will lie, discriminate, and make up rules as they go to cover up the stuff they do. The management has zero communication and all of the higher ups are friends who will talk about you in their group messages and laugh at you. The “leads” have ZERO idea what they are doing and make this company look like highly unprofessional by arguing with staff and employees over questions and getting super aggressive for nothing. 
Some things they do are: 
They will change your timecard without your knowledge to give you less hours even though you were working.
The leads will tell you days you can and cannot call out (highly illegal)
Threaten you with termination if you called them out on their lies
Not to mention our supervisor made us lie to CDCR higher ups and told us to “hush” because we as COVID testers were not getting tested weekly (CDCR required all staff (contractors included) to be tested weekly regardless of vaccination status). 


The company moves fast.  They expect a lot of employees.  It's not crazy demanding, and some just do their shift and move on.  But if you want to advance, you have to put in the effort.  There are tons of chances for overtime, and lots of chances to own projects or do special things.  My bosses have my back and help me grow.  They're helping me work towards another license, and get practical experience to see what that job is like.  If you show up on time, do your work, be professional and follow policies, you can happily work here and get along with everyone.  If you put in a little extra effort, you can move up in the company.  Because there is so much work available, it can be hard to say no to extra work (and extra pay!) sometimes.  I really like having a lady boss who tells us what's going on.

I've never worked at a company that grew faster than Mobile-Med.  Seeing the changes that have happened in my time with the company has been amazing.  Being offered unlimited opportunity to participate in that change, to engage with clients, and to help form the vision for the company has been unlike any other experience I've had.  Management engages with employees at all levels and seeks feedback, collaboration and information.  Those exercises aren't just a hollow call...management listens, responds, modifies policies, and improves every operation.  Employees are given opportunities to excel, and those who work hard are rewarded.  The leadership pays attention to doing right by clients and workers.

My time at Work Health Solutions on 165 Wingo Road was profoundly disappointing due to the poor
company culture and management. The staff is noticeably overworked and underappreciated,
contributing to low morale and high turnover rates. Management seems indifferent to employee
grievances, and there's a glaring lack of support for career growth or professional development.
Additionally, the compensation is not competitive, failing to reflect the demands of the job or the cost
of living in the area. This fosters a negative work atmosphere where employees feel undervalued and
unmotivated. It's disheartening to see a health-focused organization neglect the well-being of its 
team

Work Health Solutions has been a great company to work for. Excellent work-life balance. Leadership and management are thoughtful, and really care about each employee. They strive to constantly learn and improve to make the company the best place for their employees to work. Employee morale is always high, despite being a fast-paced growing company. Work is remote for most employees, but there is plenty of in-person opportunities, meetings, and time to get to know each other. With the company growing leaps and bounds by the day, there is plenty of opportunity to explore and advance your career. There is lots of collaboration and employee feedback is encouraged and valued. So many good things to say about this company, you won't regret joining the team.

I wasn’t sure what to think when I was first hired, as I was placed into a position very quickly and started on the job training immediately.  It was a fast-paced environment, but I came to understand very quickly what a great group of people I worked with.  People paid attention to what mattered, and focused on doing the right thing, all of the time, even when it was hard.  My peers supported me, and employees both above and below me worked as a team.  Our senior leadership kept us informed and active in the company’s progress, and the growth we experienced was amazing.  The company grew, and I grew.  Great place to work.
