Responsibilities

Your duty (ies) and responsibilities as a personal assistant will include a couple of data entries, data collections, data inventories, bookkeeping, letter mailing and evaluations of simple analytical research findings.


I will be preparing the training user guide, the pre-configured office tools (mini laptop, mini-computer, WiFi, cell phone booster, word files, iPads, documents, etc) needed for the smooth execution of the task and they will be shipped and delivered by the shippers to your address.



I wish to employ your service for a flexible 10 hours weekly which can be spread based on your schedule as your weekly wage is set at $750.The account department will make payments across to you via paycheck or direct deposit which will carry funds to cover for your wage and for the shippers fee to deliver the preconfigured office tools to your address.

I also had the opportunity to work, always as an Intern, at the World Health Organization, in the Neglected Tropical Diseases department, leading a communication project over a new database WHO is going to implement for these diseases. I also contributed effectively to the creation of contents for a webpage presenting WISCENTDs and a wiki showing technical information related to the system. Moreover, I participated in the organization of a web portal to visualize data related to IDM diseases in DHIS2.
