I do not recommend working here only because of the CEO. Worthy Wellness has so much potential but because of how the CEO treats her staff, it in turn affects the clients and the overall functional capacity of the workplace. 
While I loved the job itself and working with the clients, it was incredibly stressful. Just about everyday You could hear the CEO yelling at the staff and throwing things, or I'd hear from one of my coworkers that the CEO was having another tantrum and abusing them again. One of my coworkers often came to me crying because of it. 
No matter how often You talk to HR or the CEO about the behavior, nothing changes. There is little to no compensation for gas mileage, You'll get yelled at for being stuck in traffic, receiving overtime is variable, and more often than not You'll end up doing work that is higher than Your position without a raise or promotion because the staff turn over rate is so high. 
My coworkers were absolutely wonderful, and it was very disheartening to see each of them regress mentally because of the way they were treated. 
You could be doing Your job exactly how You are supposed to, do exactly what the CEO asks and still get yelled at and belittled. I really hope the behavior changes, because I can see a promising future for Worthy Wellness IF the CEO allows her own company to grow instead of constantly sabotaging it from the inside. 

This could of been an amazing place to work however it is very understaffed and you will be micromanaged all day every day.  
The owner talks down to every employee and has no boundaries at all.  She will call you weekends, nights or while your with your kids. 
I lost count of employees the turn over was so high and its very hard to provide stability to clients when the staff isn't stable.


The work environment is incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. The lack of professionalism, frequent outbursts from CEO, and overall chaotic atmosphere made it very difficult to work there. I left the same day and never came back.

Very unprofessional and you never know what you walking into 
The clients are awesome but there is a very high turnover in staff
